Review: This power bank connects easily using the MagSafe magnets in iPhone 12 onwards. It snaps into place. You do need to be careful not to knock it off. But itâ€™s very easy to use. It takes quite some time to charge fully but then you can get charged from 20% to 80% in around 1.5 hours & I was able to do this twice before the power bank needed recharging which is strong performance. It seems to be good quality & I liked that I could choose a matching colour to my phone.

Review: Cute and does the job. Thereâ€™s definitely a fair amount of head comes off it – it does say this can happen so I presume itâ€™s safe enough but it is a bit disconcerting.Takes quite a long time to charge but so do most power packs Iâ€™ve had, charges phone at a decent pace and easy to use phone at the same time.Very handy for doing it on the move as no wires needed.Would recommend

Review: I’m fairly new to the world of magnetic charging, so I’ve been hunting for a reasonably sized, reasonably weighted portable magnetic charger I can have with me in case of emergencies. They all seem to have their pluses and minuses, and this one is no exception.The pros: It charges fairly fast, and itself holds a pretty good charge so that it doesn’t drain completely when it gives your phone what it needs. I used it to charge my phone (iphone 14 plus) for about an hour, and in that time, my phone battery went up 30%, and the battery pack only went down 25%. Compared to some of the others I’ve used, this is actually pretty good – faster, and less draining, so that I know I can get something good out of it when I am in a crunch. I particularly like the LED display that tells you exactly what the remaining charge is on the pack, rather than the usual indicator lights. Much more useful.Other thoughts: It got warm by the end of the hour long test, but not hot. The stand took about two seconds to figure out and works very, very well.The cons: it’s a bit heavier than others I’ve used, and a bit bigger. There’s a random raised part on the back that declares to the world what it is (see picture) which I don’t understand the purpose of. It’s kind of annoying because the only thing it seems good for is adding weight to the pack (the label has its own little raised part of plastic which probably doesn’t add a LOT of weight, but it adds some). It also kind of makes it more difficult to hold the phone when the pack is ‘attached’. Less comfortable in the hand, I think, but that might be just my personal experience.All in all, I’m extemely happy with the charging capability and battery life. I just wish it was a tiny bit lighter and easier to hold.

Review: So this thing is thicker than say Anker’s MagGo, but it also has more capacity. It’s not exactly a thin battery bank, but is still compact enough to charge w/ magsafe and has plenty of power outlets. The USB-C is can charge itself at 5V3A or 9V2A and output the same. The USB-A can output 5V3A, 9V2A, 12V1.5A, and even 5V4.5A/4.5V5A, unfortunately I no longer have a Huawei Supercharge cable to test this, but I guess the capability might be there. The lightning port also charges this battery bank at a theoretical max of 9V3A, but even my pretty decent charger only reports 9V2A (which is still more than sufficient)Charging an iPhone 13 mini does work as expected, keep in mind you’ll be charging at 7.5W (because Apple, the only charger that seems to work w/ the 15W charging over magsafe is Apple’s own Magsafe charger) although it should be able to output more power say, on a device that can actually do proper 15W charging. There’s a stand on the back, and the lightning port is on the side so you can charge the battery bank while using the stand. There’s also an 8-segment display that shows the percentage charge remaining. The overall finish is a soft plastic, it’s not the most scratch resistant but does have a nice texture. There’s also a button on the side to manually wake the power bank, or if you want to check the chargeAt the time of this review, the page says it’s no longer available, and I don’t remember the price. However for me, it’s a better alternative than the Anker MagGo that I was daily-driving, that thing’s capacity means I can just fully charge an iPhone 13 mini if I choose to use MagSafe without any room for anything else. While this one I can keep around and because of the extra capacity, any battery drain from just having it around isn’t a big issue relative to its larger capacity. It’s still portable enough for me to fit in my fanny pack, and it has all of the power outputs for any kind of cable that’s out there.
