Review: Put the food bowl on the scales to entice cat, press “tare”, wait til it zeroes then allow cat to mount scales. Wait until it settles and note weight. Seems accurate enough, similar to what my vet weighs her. Good size, fits neatly under wardrobe and seems decent quality.

Title: Easy to use
Review: Bought to weigh my cat – much more accurate than normal scales and cheaper (and less stressful for the cat) than having to take him to the vet every month. The cat won’t sit on the scales, but weighing him in the carrier is far easier than before (and the display is actually readable)…. Seems to be quite precise, so happy with the purchase.

Title: Absolute bargain when I bought it
Review: Got this for an absolute steal when I bought it, for under a fiver. Weighs accurately in 10g intervals. I use mine for weighing my animals (cats and chinchillas). This is sturdy and good to stop them escaping for a few seconds as it is large. ‘Hold’ function works ok too for the animals as they move quickly, definitely better than my kitchen scales to weigh them. Overall would recommend, particularly if on offer

Title: It’s ok
Review: It’s ok. The size is big enough for any cat. The display is not backlit sadly but it is a large display so that nearly makes up for it. Biggest issue is that the control buttons are on the top. Every time you press a control button in, it adds to the weight so the weight changes. It’s made worse by the fact that there is a delay before the weight is updated on the display. So you put your cat on the scale, try to get it to settle down to be weighed, press the button and the weight shoots up because of the button press. It goes back down again but it’s very confusing going up and down. Putting the buttons on the side like most other scales would have solved this issue. Weight is accurate enough but those top-mounted buttons combined with the delay in getting an accurate weight is frustrating.

Review: I have struggled to get my dog Addie to lose weight. She is 20 lbs and needs to lost 2-3 lbs. She is sausage-shaped and this makes it hard to tell if she is losing weight or not. So after talking to my vet she mentioned getting a baby scale. This one is great. I put it on the ground and tare it and have them step on it for treats. It took them a while to get the hang of it but they are doing great and I can tell if I am over feeding Addie or not.

Review: I got this scale to weigh two small puppies and 4 large cats. The wide top of the scale allows the animals to sit completely on the scale but the don’t seem to like the feel of the plastic so they try to run. Putting a towel may help (once the tare is done). The scale seems to be off 1/4 a pound no matter what animal is on it. This isn’t a big deal for the 27 lb cat but is for the 3.5 lb puppy. Overall it’s not a bad scale but accuracy is questionable.
