Title: Faulty item. Refund refused
Review: After a couple of uses the brush tip broke off inside the tube. Now I’m unable to use the product properly. I requested a replacement or refund, but was told I wasn’t eligible, even though the item is faulty. You can see the product has barely been used. These aren’t cheap products. Not a happy customer.
