Title: Easy to apply
Review: I usually buy starry night or navy blue but decided to give Twilight sparkle a go.I love the wind up applicator as the pencils tend to snap on sharpening.This colour is a shade of navy blue with a slight sparkle to it. I like it as it is easy to apply and lasts well. I do not apply heavily but use it to accent mascara, I feel it opens my eyes and lasts all day.
