Title: Great for maintenance
Review: Comes boxed and opens straight to the product. Its sturdy enough on the bottom using the metal handle with thick plastics and metal accents that admittedly are thin but theyre just for the aesthetics around each level of sharpening groove that starts course and goes to fine and polishing. Theres a nice simple scissor sharpener also so all your blades are covered.
Using this i sharpened a few knives in the house and they were great to go. They’re not going to be grinding stone level obviously but for a general quick drag a few times through each level before a cook is a fantastic device to maintain an edge.
