Title: Great quality and price
Review: We chose these over the Philips Hue purely for price and we’re not disappointed. The colour qualities are great and reviews on YouTube show they are truer than Hue. I’m not sure as I can’t compare but they look great to me. The downside is that the Hue App recognises they aren’t Hue bulbs and while most important features work, there are a few which don’t (like power on behaviour and integration with Siri/HomeKit which doesn’t seem to work as the lights aren’t recognised). Still they work with Alexa and function with the Hue app and hub for general settings so we’re pleased with them.

Title: Very easy to set up and use
Review: These can be configured within a minute and connect to your hub (Smartthings in my case). Routines allow you to define the lights, which time they should go on/off etc, and work well with motion sensors to allow for full automation.From the picture, you can even turn your house into a brothel 🙂

Title: Poor Philips Hue “compatibility”
Review: I bought these bulbs to add to an existing Philips Hue smarthome setup (bridge, Alexas, c.30 Hue bulbs) as they clearly advertise that they are compatible and integrate with the Hue bridge & Alexa.My experience was a mix of frustration, anger and disappointment. Whilst getting the bulbs registered in the Hue app isn’t as easy as with genuine bulbs, it did work after realising that the innr procedure had to be followed in a very precise order. Once named and allocated to a room the innr bulbs would respond to commands, but not necessarily in unison, or one would perform the command but the other wouldn’t. After about an hour they become unreachable in the Hue app and with Alexa. The answer to this is to switch power off and on to the bulb, this defeating one of the purposes of smart lighting! I even tried deleting and re-pairing the bulbs but the same thing just kept happening. They also somehow managed to mess about with some of our remote switches, removing rooms from the setup. Furthermore, they created mesh issues from having to turn them on and off at the wall so often, which created interference with other bulbs nearby. They’ve gone back for a refund and I’m sticking with the Hue bulbs. A bit of Googling reveals that this is a common problem with innr/Hue compatibility. The Hue bulbs are definitely more expensive, but worth forking out for. I can’t believe I’ve said that as my mates are always saying “There’s tight, and then there’s Tim!” but in this case stick to the branded Hue bulbs as they are undoubtedly the best.

Title: Avoid if you use a Hue bridge
Review: Update: I’ve increased my rating to three stars after some excellent customer service and problem determination from Innr support. Unfortunately they have confirmed my suspicion that there is indeed a bug in these E14 bulbs not present in other Innr bulbs which causes them to randomly change colour when used with a Hue bridge. They have offered to send me an Innr hub to update the firmware when the issue as fixed (as there is no way to update without one) though there is no timeframe for this.I would give Innr five stars for customer service but the fact remains that these bulbs do not work properly with their advertised Hue compatibility. As Philips don’t make golf-ball-sized colour bulbs at all, I have a decision to make – get a refund and go without or hold on for the update.Therefore the headline of my review is unfortunately unchanged for the moment – avoid if you use a Hue bridge.Original Review:I’ve bought four of these E14 bulbs and unfortunately they simply don’t work properly with scenes in the Hue app that use the full colour wheel – whenever a scene with a colour is chosen, the bulbs revert to the previous scene after a few seconds. This only happens with the four E14 Innr bulbs – all other Hue bulbs and the Innr 4m strip light work fine. I notice these E14 bulbs are only recently released – maybe the quality control was lacking compared with other Innr bulbs.The issue appears to disappear if you use only the ambient white palette – but if I only wanted ambient white shades I could have bought the official Hue bulbs for less than the Innr bulbs.I’ve done all sorts of troubleshooting – changed the zigbee channel, turned other bulbs off, restarted everything but the issue happens every time a scene is chosen.

Review: Here in the UK decent E14 ZigBee bulbs are lacking, these are the best colour ones I’ve used until now, but I think they could be a little cheaper, I only brought them when on sale, they could also do with being a little brighter.

Title: Great Value
Review: It’s like a hue bulb but cheaper.I have been extremely impressed with the quality of this bulb. It installs on Hue easily and without extra steps. This value may Be a point of compromise though as I have found that the range from the Hub is not as grand as the original bulb; this has only occurred in the most distant of places I wanted a Hue compatible bulb.

Title: Red is almost missing
Review: Compared to the obvious competition, the Philips Hue, this may be half the price, but it’s not as capable. Blue & green are fairly vibrant, and the warm to cool range is adequate, almost as good as the Hue. Unfortunately the red LED is almost non-existent. You’ll get an off-pink which gets worse as you reduce brightness. If you want just the warm-cool colour range, it’d do the job (but then, get the cheaper version that just does that colour range), but if you want a good range of colours for different purposes, or in particular need a good red for night vision issues, look elsewhere.

Review: Non essendo Hue original avevo i dubbi nella compatibilita’ effettiva, mi sono ricreduto , facilissimo l’aggancio da app Hue , per alcune funzioni e’ limitata, ma considerando il costo puo’ andar bene. Da premettere che sono Hue dipendente dall’uscita dei prodotti smart e credo che difficilmente possa cambiare. Questa lampada pero’ e’ un’ottima alternativa .

Review: Produit de bonne qualité, quelques difficultés à être détecté.Utilisée avec l’application OnSwitch, l’ampoule ne fonctionne pas correctement. elle conserve la première couleur qui lui a été attribuée.Fonctionne parfaitement avec Hue Switcher.A noter, que les produits Innr ne peuvent être utilisés dans l’espace loisir qu’avec les scènes (La e14 souffrant du même problème qu’avec OnSwitch). Le mode synchro (jeux, vidéo et musique) n’utilisera que des ampoules Philips, c’est dommage.

Review: Habe o.g. E14 Leuchtmittel von Innr gekauft um eine E14 Glühlampe zu ersetzen.Warum Innr?Nun, wegen der Kompatibilität zu Amazon Echo Plus. Der Hersteller verspricht Steuerung der Leuchte über den Echo Plus ohne zusätzlichen Innr Hub, da der Echo einen entsprechenden Smarthome – Hub, ich glaube nach dem Zigbee – Protokoll integriert hat.Was Innr versprochen hat, stimmt, auch wenn mein Echo Plus bei der ersten gelieferte Leuchte – warum auch immer – zickte. Er meldete “keine neuen Geräte gefunden” und hat aber trotzdem die Leuchte integriert. Da ich letzteres erst später bemerkte hatte ich inzwischen Innr kontaktiert, die mir sofort Abhilfe mit einer Ersatzleuchte versprachen.Auch dieses Versprechen hielt der Kundendienst von Innr.Die zweite Leuchte hat sich sofort mit meinem Echo Plus verbinden lassen. Dies und der aus meiner Sicht hervorragende Kundendienst bewog mich dann beide Leuchten zu behalten.Zur Leuchte selbst:Viele Farbmöglichkeiten, 5 Weißstufen von Kaltweiß bis “Warmes Weiß”. Letzteres erscheint etwas dunkel, aber wirkt gemütlich da ein sehr warmer Ton, vom Hersteller mit 1700°K angegeben, welches durchaus real ist.Nächste Stufe “Warmweiß ” wesentlich heller, nat. etwas kälter aber gut z.B. zum Lesen geeignet,Die Bunten Varianten sind dann eher als Ambiente bei Partys gedacht.Die Leuchte wird um den Sockel herum ziemlich warm, was aber lt. Hersteller normal ist und man kann sich denken das auf relativ engen Raum Elektronik auch Wärme erzeugt, die auf Grund der geschlossenen Bauweise nicht so ohne weiteres abgeführt wird.Soweit ich das beurteilen kann besteht der Sockel aus Plastik, vielleicht währe Alu als Wärme – Ableiter sinnvoller gewesen, aber das wage ich erst zu beurteilen, wenn ich die Leuchte länger in Betrieb habe.Ansonsten zunächst von der Qualität und noch mehtr vom Kundendienst positiv beeindruckt
