Review: Really good quality tape for measuring body sizes or garments. The metallic tabs at either end are a practical way of offering a bit of protection where they’ll be handled extensively. The material they’re made of has a plastic coating so you can easily white it clean. With large and clear imperial measurements on one side and metric on the other everyone should be happy. Other printing on the tape mentions that it’s not for trade, fiber-glass, made in India. The five tapes each have a different colour so different people can claim ownership of one. They come in a sealable plastic pocket branded CraftTreat with contact info. Can’t be faulted.

Title: Decent old school tape measures
Review: With a mother who used to make her own clothes as a hobby and a grand mother who was a professional seamstress, I grew up in a house with these types of tape measures and I have missed them, especially when trying to gauge my size for new clothes. While a different colour, these are just like those and work just as well, i.e. being able to accurately and easily take measurements where a builder type metal measure is no good.

Review: I use a metal tape to measure pretty much everything, but it is not as useful for non-flat surfaces, especially body measurements. A soft tape measure like this is better suited for such needs.This is a soft tape, so you can wrap it around anything for measurement. It has metric units (centimeters) on one side and imperial units (inches) on the other. The final marks are 150cm and 60″. It does not seem stretchy, so the measurements should be fine. There are metal pieces on both ends of the tape.I already had another soft tape measure, but it was not as practical as it was very narrow and thus, hard to handle. This one is 2cm wide, which makes it easier to handle.Overall, it is useful and practical, and the price of $8 CAD (minus a 15% coupon) for a pack of two at the time of writing feels like a good price, so I recommend.
