Review: I bought the Frizzlife Under Sink Water Filter kit with a similar tap included and the tap lasted around 3 years and just started to drip, it gets used a lot. If I get 3 years from this one I would be happy. We love their filter system as well.

Review: This was installed on a new under-sink Kohler water filter. The PVC tubing provided by Kohler connected easily to the filter housing. The valve operates smoothly. The discharge is high enough to fill my coffee pot and other containers sitting at the bottom of my kitchen sink. Installation is simplified with a single large nut that goes on underneath the sink. There were no installation instructions provided, but it is all self-explanatory. The mounting on my stainless steel sink is plenty sturdy.

Review: This same faucet that came with the frizzlife filter started to leak at the valve after two years of residential use. It’s a fairly cheap replacement and was easy to change. But still I was disappointed that it didn’t last longer. Hopefully the replacement will last longer. Edit: Frizzlife reached out to me and provided a refund for the replacement even though it was past the warranty window. Excellent customer service. Wow.

Review: Good looking and functions very well. Easy to install. My previous review was for only 2 stars due to the water line connection fitting not being in the box. Emily at Frizzlife customer service was very responsive and did her best to get me the missing fitting, and when it didn’t work out she gave me a refund for the cost of the fitting I bought to complete the installation. I will give her 5 stars for effort and responsiveness, and upgrade my rating to 5 stars for the faucet itself.
