Title: Terrible battery
Review: Ordered this for my Dad and chose “Amazon Renewed” after a torrid time buying off eBay. We chose this because it was stated to be in excellent condition with atleast 80% of the original battery health remaining.Needless to say that I was taken aback when the laptop only lasted 1.5 hours.Pretty poor seeing as I now have to wait upwards of 3 weeks for my money when it’s not my fault.AVOID!

Title: Meets expectation.
Review: Works well enough. Processor doesn’t support windows 11 upgrade. Delivery took a while and DPD left the package on the floor in the rain. Luckily it was packaged properly by the seller so it didn’t get so wet except for the carton.

Title: Bad battery.
Review: I bought this for my daughter for her A levels. It was pretty expensive and called “Platinum Renewed” Advertised as having at least 80% of the original battery capacity. It ran out from full charge very quickly and a battery check revealed less than 50% capacity.False advertising leading to a lengthy refund process, as though it is my fault, which means no device for important learning for the next few weeks. Terrible all round.

Title: Some issues
Review: Had this product since January 2022. I have installed Microsoft office, which regularly glitches and the device becomes unusable. I shared my issues with some repair shops and they said it was the device creating the issue.
