Review: The side gap lets the container part hold things with a handle besides just a scanner but I was hoping to fit a large water mug with a handle but it wont fit. The box part is square and really just meant for what it is meant for. I have a tall insulated skinny coffee tumbler with a handle that does fit in there. Just check dimensions of what you want to put in there. The metal pillar mounts are meant for square pillars, there are no adapters for round pillars. The arm itself is made of some sort of plastic material so it might not withstand a lot of abuse.

Review: Included are instructions, universal plastic scanner basket, 2 steel plates, adjustable 17mm ball / arm assembly, nuts, bolts, washers, spring washers, and rubber bolt end caps and sleeves. You don’t need to own a forklift to require a strong dependable steel bracket to hold things securely in place. This will do that and more. Of course you may need a place to put your hand held scanner on a forklift, and this will do that job swimmingly. I needed a good quality bracket to hold things in place on the headache rack of my truck. And, this is perfect for that, too. I also have need of an extension for my 17mm ball / arm system that holds my I Pad. So, 2nd bird with one stone there, too. No doubt, I will find uses for the other spare parts and future application desires.
