Title: Just the ticket!
Review: As a musician and music teacher, trying to read sheet music in landscape form is an absolute pain – plus trying to balance an expensive laptop on a music stand with students around is also a no-no!This worked straight out of the box, resolution for documents is perfect for me and the auto rotate is quick and responsive It fits neatly in my laptop bag in its’ supplied carry case come stand. I can now work from full page scores without having to scroll.It’s OK for watching videos, but that’s not why I got it.Overall – extremely pleased (and my students will think I’m super-cool…..for an old guy at least).

Title: On-the-go second monitor for working
Review: Excellent – didn’t have to download any software – just plug in and works straight away. So handy that it’s powered through the cable commenting it to the laptop too. – no fuss at all. Extremely useful! Now I can have a second monitor where ever I go. Highly recommend!

Title: Useful but Not The Best Picture Quality
Review: Just bought one to go with my existing Asus Zenbook. The additional screen is very useful and enables me to do tasks more easily due to the available screen real-estate: I can view several windows at once, instead of constantly switching between them. This is good, and this was the reason why I bought the additional screen. I didn’t want a large monitor for space reasons, and the portability was a selling point. The monitor just plugged into the USB 3 port, and after downloading the driver from Asus (I just entered the model number into the Asus driver wesbite and everything simply worked). Easy peasy.But the picture quality isn’t the best – not anywhere near as good as the laptop’s own screen. Lower resolution and less bright, slightly yellow tinge – which I’ve not yet being able to change – and slightly less sharp. But it’s not bad either. I’ve seen worse. Entirely useful for viewing videos, reading documents, etc.If you need a portable and/or additional screen for a laptop, then this is good buy. Just be prepared for a difference in picture quality to your lasptop screen.

Title: Didn’t work with two Lenovos
Review: I went with ASUS due to it being a well known brand. The monitor arrived and I plugged it into my work laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad). The screen showed a spinning hour glass but nothing else. On the device manager I could see the screen attempting to connect but then showing a “failed” icon. I tried everything to get the monitor to work with no luck. I then tried it in my Lenovo personal laptop which doesn’t have admin limitations i.e downloading drivers. I downloaded the drivers, tried again with no luck. I tried for 2 hours to get the monitor working with work around to make it HDMI compatible but it never switched on. Started a returns process with Amazon and bought a different branded monitor which worked straight away. This isn’t plug and play at all…

Title: Should have bought the more expensive one
Review: Firstly, it’s parasitical of your laptop so it will make your laptop laggy.I tried it on a top spec late model MacBook Pro and it lagged, but not to the point that it was annoying.You have to look directly at it as it ‘ghosts’ at off axis viewing but the picture quality is very good.The cover is a bit of a faff until you master it after you get it it’s very useful.It has a very handy threaded receiver to attach the back. It’s very light too.The one point- this was only £124 at that I find it a very good buy and I’m happy using it even knowing it’s limitations.I would though spend the extra fifty note’s purchasing the model above it.

Il supporto, sebbene inizialmente possa sembrare un po’ delicato, si rivela solido e permette di regolare l’inclinazione del monitor in modo da trovare sempre la posizione ideale. Inoltre, la possibilità di accendere e spegnere il monitor con un semplice movimento della testa è una funzione davvero comoda e innovativa.La qualità dell’immagine è nitida e i colori sono vivaci, offrendo un’esperienza visiva piacevole e immersiva. Anche la regolazione della luminosità, sebbene richieda qualche secondo per diventare effettiva, permette di adattare il monitor a qualsiasi condizione di illuminazione.La scelta di utilizzare una connessione USB-A standard, invece del più comune USB-C, potrebbe sembrare inusuale, ma si rivela una soluzione pratica per chi dispone di molti dispositivi con questo tipo di porta. Review: The faqs are pretty useless. I found that I plugged it in and there was black screen. Asus support not that useful. I bought a powered usb and the monitor now lights up. However, it only works sort of ok when another monitor is also plugged in and it constantly freezes and flickers.I strongly do not recommend this. If the troubleshooting guides were useful I would be able to sort it out.
