Title: Excellent scraper
Review: I use this in a busy sandwich shop and it is used as both a food flipper and scraper. It’s very light to hold which is important for my staff. I did buy a heavyweight smasher type tool and it was too heavy and bulky for my staff to use all day.Don’t know how long it will last, and the handle has been melted a couple of times already, but it does the job well, appears robust and does appear to increase the time between having to use a heavy duty scraper and grill stone.
