Title: Not fit for purpose
Review: I had request a refund on this brush which as can be seen after only 2 sessions of use fell to bits.I had used it the first time whilst painting my fence and it performed fine.When finished I cleaned all my tools including the brush .I had finished my supply of Fence paint /stain so I had put the brush away until I received my next order which being a Prime customer was at the most 2 days later.When I received my fence paint ,using said brush I was concerned to see large amounts of bristles coming away from the brush head and being deposited on my fence .I also noticed that the chrome housing started to wobble where the handle merged and then it just fell off and I immediately stopped.I took the above pictures then went online to request a refund and I sent the pictures with it and I was really annoyed that I was instructed to return the faulty item at my post office (1/2 an hour from where I lived).I immediately phoned customer services and the agent was excellent and completely understood that why I did not wish the inconvenience of returning the item as it was fit for the BUCKET!The matter was resolved by your agent and as I stated to him You at Amazon require negative feedback aswell as good,so that the manufacturers can be told when a product is of poor quality,so that Amazon’s reputation in the market place is not associated with poor merchandise.
