Title: Brilliant, Beautiful Light
Review: I was very hesitant to buy this product for two reasons. 1 the low energy rating and 2 the fact that people were saying it wasn’t bright enough and was too orange in colour. There are also some Q&A’s saying you can’t adjust the colour temperature.Well firstly the rating is due to changes in the ranges introduced in 2021. This light still uses exactly the same amount of energy it did when it was rated A+ but the barometers have changed. So that’s that.Secondly, you absolutely can adjust the colour temperature and the range goes from a very atmospheric candle-like warmth all the way to a cool, daylight-esque tone.Finally, the brightness. This is subjective I suppose and I wouldn’t use just one of these lights to light a single room but as part of a 6-bulb chandelier it works very well. The cooler the colour temperature the brighter the light seems – even though it’s obviously still 550 lumens.It’s also beautiful. The Phillips hue twirl on filament bulbs is gorgeous and I’m super excited to buy more. All in all – VERY happy with this purchase!

Title: Great for a more industrial or rustic look!
Review: These look great in our new kitchen, can get decently bright but given the style these work well at a lower warmer colour temperature too! Fully tuneable on brightness and temperature so can fit any mood. Get what you pay for with Hue… sure you can find cheaper bulbs, but I’ve never had a hue bulb disconnect from the bridge or fail to respond.

Title: These are an improvement over the previous Filament Candles – Now can have ‘bluer’ colours
Review: I was hesitant as my older candles are very warm and aren’t the best for reading or use during the day. These are much better as they now have a reasonable colour temperature range – not as wide as the non filament bulbs – but good enough.I’m happy with them, they would be 5 stars if they were a little cheaper but I guess they last for 10+ years so the price delta is probably a the price of a Coffee each year.

Title: Great – nice warm light without being too yellow
Review: I had some other filament bulbs before but they were all waaaay too yellow/orange light to the point it wasn’t really soft lighting but yellow lights. These are a great level and connected really easily to my hue bridge/hub whatever so can’t complain. Good level of brightness and warmth.
