Review: This pan is a great value for your money ! It is very easy to clean. It’s a great sturdy weight. You may bake either sweets or savory items. So far, I have not had any odor exchange between items. I have used it with Parchment paper to bake & roast potatoes & vegetables. I generally hand wash it. I believe you may wash it in the dishwasher. Another great pan made in the USA! I highly recommend this product. Thank you for reading my review.Janelle
