Review: I do like the jug and filters, they are very good quality and yes, the filter does that a long time to filter the water but that’s because it does such a good job.Unfortunately I’ve had to buy a new jug and filter (zeroWater) because the filters for this jug are so often unavailable, both on Amazon and on their own website.If they are not reliable then I wont continue to support them.

Review: Of course I have no way of testing the validity of the claims but I am prepared to take it on trust as the best I can find. I had a gravity filter which was much cheaper to run but I have such a tiny kitchen so was glad to find a jug filter doing the same thing. I am still confused as to whether I should keep it submerged in water all day or if it matters. Have put out questions about this but not had any replies.
