Title: Sustainable baking sheet
Review: I have been considering purchasing a baking sheet for a while, for sustainability reasons (it will save using loads of non-stick baking paper).The baking sheet comes nicely rolled in the package and rolls out nicely flat.When putting the baking sheet on an oven tray, it stays without sliding around. I have yet to try to use it with food (e.g. chips/pizza/chicken nuggets etc).I like the plain look of the baking sheet; it only has the Masterclass logo, which is not too much in your face (although I would have preferred it without anything on it).I only have a small counter mini cooker, so the size of the baking sheet is perfect for my oven.Highly recommended.

Title: nonstick, a bit small as a baking mat
Review: Features: its made of food grade silicone. Can be used in the oven or microwave because it is heat resistant to 260°C (500°F) and helps distribute heat evenly in the oven. Can also be used as a pastry mat for making dough. Safe in freezer and dishwasher. Nonstick.User’s experience: The mat is thick and decently made. It is perfectly nonstick and very easy to clean. I use it for kneading dough or presenting pastry. It is durable and made to last. I have used it a few times and it still looks like new. The only issue is that it is a bit small as a rolling mat.

Title: Spot on
Review: I’ve genuinely wanted one of these for ages so was very excited for this to arrive. It comes neatly packaged in a small box and unravels to the perfect baking tray sized mat – 30x40cm which is ideal. It’s dishwasher friendly too, popped it straight in for a wash and then got straight to using it. We were having sauté potatoes tonight so this was perfect, we treated it exactly the same as we would baking paper including salting and spraying oil on the potatoes. Both the mat and the spuds held up brilliantly in the oven, the food glides off the mat and it didn’t burn or melt either. The potatoes were lush too. So I have to say, this mat is durable, strong and absolutely the one for the job, and will definitely cut down on baking paper in our house!

Title: Useful alternative to baking paper.
Review: Very pleased with the product. Bakes evenly as well as protects the tray and non-stick when it comes to baking things like cookies. Very easy to wash off afterwards and dry in a drainer. Rolls up for easy storage and is high quality silicone. Doesn’t smell or make the baked goods taste funny.Overall a good product that does save on using disposable liners.

Title: Better than using greaseproof paper
Review: We have been considering one of these baking mats for quite some time.Will do a lot of oven roasting and baking and get through so much greaseproof paper we feel one of these will save the need for using greaseproof paper at all.Very nicely packaged and rolls flat first time straight out the box, very good quality.Overall very pleased with this mat.

Title: Good all round baking mat
Review: As a potentially more sustainable option to the constant re-use of greaseproof paper as well as being more flexible for non-stick applications, silicon mats like this have been around for a while. I checked this one out having accidentally cut through a previous version.First impressions were good as the mat is flexible and appears to be well made. It is large enough to fit all the baking trays we own and easily to roll up for storage. Usage wise, it maintains a good level of non stick while transferring the necessary heat to the product. It is relatively tough but I can’t guarantee it won’t end up being subjected to the same fate of being cut through.Overall then this is a good baking mat that I can recommend.
