Installation Step 1
Make sure your countertop has an existing hole with a diameter between 0.5 to 2.0 inches. Remove the old RO faucet if you have one. Wipe clean and dry the area. Slide the front plate onto the faucet stem, followed by the rubber washer. Insert the stem into the hole on the countertop.
Installation Step 2
Under the sink, slide on the back rubber washer and tight the wing nut. If needed, you may apply a few rounds of plumbers tape to the threads to get a better grip.

Title: iSpring GA1-BN
Review: After spending a considerable time looking at drinking water taps, I decided to go for the iSpring GA1-BN on the basis that it looked to be a high quality product with mostly good reviews on Amazon. I have to admit that the tap that arrived was slightly disappointing and did not feel particularly solid. When I fitted the tap, I found that the main body of the tap had a tendency to rotate on the flat front plate that covered the hole in the sink. After a couple of attempts to tighten the tap to present rotation, I ended up removing it to diagnose the issue only to find that the o-ring in the base of the main body of the tap was recessed below the metal – in other words the o-ring was pointless. I then wasted a couple of hours trying to pack out behind the o-ring to see if I could fit this problem and while this helped, I was not especially pleased with the result. You may be asking why I have given this product a 5* rating given what I have said…. When I when to register the warranty, I decided to mention the o-ring problem to the company. They responded within 24 hours and arranged to send a replacement tap direct from the US. The customer service that I received from Sean at iSpring was amazing and the replacement tap arrived within a few days. The build quality of the replacement tap is so much better than the original. The two taps are similar in general style, but close inspection soon shows that the two products were very different. One easy way to see if you have the new version is that the new version DOES NOT have an o-ring. You can also tell as the replacement tap body weights a hefty 570g compared to the original that was just 350g. Looking at the images on the Amazon website, it is clear that the replacement tap is the one portrayed in the images. Hence, I can only assume that the original one sent to me was an older and much cheaper model that has now been surpassed by the newer and far superior one. I can highly recommend the tap that I now have fitted, the build quality feels solid, the tap looks lovely, the flow rate is excellent (despite only being feed by ¼†diameter tube) and the customer service from iSpring has been amazing.

Review: I ordered this filtered water faucet as it matched my main water faucet in the kitchen. It was very easy to install with quick connects. A nice touch is that the quick connect adapters come with a locking clip so you can’t accidentally release the tubing. I have used many quick connect adapters in the past and this is the first one which cam with those safety clips!Once installed it looked great and seemed to function well. However, i noticed that it was slightly dripping when fully closed. As there can be air trapped in the tubings during installation I did let the water run for a long time to be sure there was not air trapped. But it was still leaking slightly. I suspected a defective cartridge.I contacted the seller by email and explained the problem with pictures. Francis replied to me suggesting to first check for air trapped. I confirmed that I had already checked that. He then said he was sending me a replacement unit. I was expecting to receive a new valve but he actually sent me a complete brand new unit!I received it quickly and installed it. Again I did let water run long enough to remove any air trap and I checked: no dripping anymore, problem solved!I am quite impressed by the customer receive this company provides. I did not have to argue , the process was easy and very friendly.I gave 5 stars as, after replacement, the product works perfectly. It looks quite good and, next to an expensive main water faucet, this little relatively inexpensive filtered water faucet looks like the little brother with no difference in visible quality! I am very happy with my choice of this unit!

Review: Was impressed with the faucet when we first received it. It felt solid, looked good, and was a good match for our regular faucet, it almost looked like a matched set. Installation was easy and the faucet has functioned well since we bought it. We are in Socal and the water quality is not the best so there have been mineral deposits that have formed. We try to stay on top of removing the build up but it is a losing battle.I reached out to customer support to ask if they had instructions on how to take off the handle so I could clean off the mineral deposits. I was disappointed when they told me that it was a one piece unit and that the handle could not be removed. I was then amazed when they said they would replace the unit, even though we had it for 5 years. Talk about awesome customer service!I have installed a similar set up at my mother’s place and we both are very happy with the items.Great quality, great looks and great customer service!
