Title: Buy one now! Water never tasted so good!
Review: I never bother writing reviews but we have had ours for about a week now and we are so impressed that I’m am moved to recommend buying this water filtering system to anyone. The water tastes beautiful! My husband used to buy lots of bottled water and wanted to cut down on our plastic waste. We now have glass bottles to keep some filtered water cold in the fridge and reusable water bottles to take to work. The large capacity means there is always enough water ready to use in the kettle or for cooking. After much deliberation over which Invigorated Water filter to buy I finally decided to get this model with the three filters inside. I also bought three of the add on filters. Although theree add ons cost approx. £60 they will last up to two years. As this model takes 3 large filters , they of course share the work load. One filter will last two people up to 3months, this model with the three filters working together will last up to 9months! This machine will pay for itself in a few months as it is saving us about £3.50 a week in bottled water . We were also paying about £3.50 for Britta filters every month so once this cost is also factored in, it makes this filter system very affordable. Of course the best thing about it is the amazing water, which is a treat to drink. I have never drank enough water but now I’m having 1.5-2 litres a day and feel so much better for it! Great customer service, I had several friendly emails asking if everything was ok and offering help if we needed it. We didn’t need any help though as set up was easy. One small thing to mention is once the large part of the tank is filled with filtered water, don’t then completely fill the top chamber with water waiting to filter. We did this and it made the water leak slowly from the top joint where the two chambers meet. This is no problem at all though… We were just over filling it so completely our fault and now we know we don’t have any trouble at all. In summery this water filter does everything it claims to and will make a massive difference to our health and well being. The water filters quite quickly and the tap pressure is good, dispensing water quickly. Well worth every penny! Highly recommended! ps my husband just tested the water with a digital ph tester… Our tap water has a ph of 6.7 once filtered it tested 8.8! Fantastic!

Title: Better than the pitcher by far!
Review: I had the pitcher from the same company, this is much better. Yes, it does cost a lot more, but as much as I use it, it’s worth it. I can just still the empty bottle under the nozzle and fill it with no problem, whereas with the pitcher, I’d have to get out a funnel. I can also filter a lot more water at once. I use it every day.If you’re curious about alkalinity, it’s legit. Some people (like myself) have an overly acidic diet due to allergies limiting what we can digest. For us, most water gives us horrible acid reflux, to the point of just hating the taste of normal water. This filter solves that. If you’re like me, you can tell the difference right away. If you’re just avoiding acid for other reasons, get a pH tester kit to have peace of mind. Anything above a 7 is going to be considered alkaline, and I would say this water typically tests to about a 9, even after extended use. I had my pitcher from this company for probably 5 years and the filter still didn’t need a change after a LOT of use. They do recommend changing it more frequently, and if your water source is really fouled, absolutely do that. My current tap water is clean and drinkable by normal people. I also use this water for my bird, because I’m over-protective.The only flaw I could see as an issue is if you would want to keep this in the fridge. I never intended to do so, so I don’t care. I keep it next to the sink where I fill it. The reason this could be an issue for others is that the nozzle is in the front and the opening to fill is in the back, so it would be difficult to fill it were you to put it in the fridge. The other issue here is that the opening is not air tight, there are slits in it, so if you have something smelly in your fridge, it could get into the water. Again this is not an issue for me. I just keep the measuring cup I fill it with upended over the slits to keep dust out. As far as I’m concerned it’s a non-issue for me tho.

Title: A great bit of kit for this price range
Review: I read the reviews for this so was prepared for difficulty when trying to fit the add on extra filters but I found they went on fairly easily.It is nice and compact to say how much water it holds, I keep mine in the utility room because I don’t have enough space in the kitchen but thats my fault not that the filter is too big. I should have a clear out 😄I like the fact that the filters last so long, I just set reminders on the calendar to check it in 6 months.The water is crystal clear and tastes great.It hold so much I just fill it once a day which is great as that was my next most important reason for getting it because it seemed like I was constantly having to fill up the jug filter.I highly recommend this water filter.A great bit of kit to get alkaline water in this price range.

Title: Taste needs getting used to, a great alternative to tap water!
Review: *Using since April 2022* I bought this as my flat gets very hard water from tap and we were not feeling good at all. This is a life saver but the taste initially was horrible. I washed, soaked and drained the water many times before the water could be drinkable – it certainly needs more draining and soaking than what they have wrote in the manual.Once sorted, the water is sweet and refreshing. This is a neat addition on the counter top and can hold about 6 liters of water at a time. The tap is good quality, just don’t hang on it and use it like a reasonable person, should be good.Highly recommended for people who get hard water supplied and feel bloated or acid reflux all the time, its a sign your water is acid heavy. Hope this helps!

Review: Das gefilterte Wasser ist sehr gut. Wir trinken es direkt aus dem Spender. Alle waren bis jetzt zufrieden mit der Qualität des gefilterten Wassers.Jedoch sollte beim Nachfüllen des Wasser darauf geachtet werden dass der untere Behälter nicht vollläuft. Da hier eine Dichtung zwischen den beiden Behältern fehlt drückt das gefilterte Wasser den oberen Behälter hoch und läuft leider über. Das ist nicht sehr gut gelöst. Man kann den oberen Behälter also nicht als Vorratsbehälter nutzen. Eine Dichtung schafft hier Abhilfe. Leider ist da keine Dichtung dabei. Also sollte man sich hier eine Lösung ausdenken.

Review: Leider gibt es keine Ersatzteile. Statt dessen wird man höflich aufgefordert sich einen Neuen zu kaufen, da die 1 Jahres Garantie abgelaufen sei. Was nützt mir ein guter Wasserfilter wenn ich nach einem Jahr keine Ersatzteile bekomme? Richtig, nichts!Da es bei uns eine 10-jährige Eratzteil Garantie gibt werde ich schauen wie ich nun weiter vorgehe.Empfehlen kann ich den Waserfilter zwar was die Filtereigenschaften angeht, jedoch nicht was den Service angeht. Wer nicht jedes Jahre einen Neuen kaufen will, sollte hier die Finger von lassen!!!!Update:Nachdem ich nochmal versucht habe freundlich darauf hinzuweisen, dass ich ein Anrecht auf Ersatzteile habe, stellt sich die Firma Tot.Unseriöser gent es nicht!!!
