Title: Would be good if they worked
Review: I have always trusted JVC previously but I was very disappointed with this purchase. I had trouble setting them up and got help because it seemed it should be simple. After some help we got them to start charging. I then used them fine for one session. I then tried to charge them again. Had issues, did the stuff I did before and they seemed to charge. But I did not use them for a day so when I came back to them they were dead which is odd when they are in a charging case. I began to suspect it was the charging case that was faulty. What occurred was I could get them to charge but the left one wound then lose contact with the box which then turned it on and it would drain. I reported this and was advised to contact the seller for a replacement I did this. I waited about 5 working days and I got a reply unrelated to my enquiry followed but another message stating “sorry that was the wrong case, will reply in due course” nothing for a few more days so I messaged again. This time I got a “sorry away until xxx date, will reply when I return” it is now a week after that date and nothing so I have returned the product rather than replace due to poor customer service.

Title: Not good value. Didnâ€™t last a year.
Review: Used them at work in dusty and wet environments, nothing extreme, usually under a hat or hood anyway. Right earphone has reduced to 1/3rd volume of the left in less than a year, not unusable but makes using them annoying. The fit in the ears is also not great, they are heavy and will move around a lot, will hurt if worn under a hat and again move all over the place so youâ€™ll be constantly re-adjusting. If they donâ€™t fit your ears well then using the buttons will be even more uncomfortable, and button usage is unintuitive anyway.
