Review: I got this as an upgrade to my previous camera system. This one has a much better camera, the picture quality is very good and much better than any other dashcam I’ve had before.The app is a little pointless, I was hoping to be able to view videos using it but all you can do is change the settings – which you can do from the dashcam itself.Unlike my previous camera this doesn’t have an inbuilt battery, so if you want parking monitoring you need to buy the seperate cable to hard wire it into your car. This is my biggest disappointment with the camera and reason I’ve gone with 4 stars instead of 5.Also, the crash detection is sensitive, clearly not designed with the state of UK roads in mind. There’s pot holes galore near me at the moment and if I go over even a small pothole it triggers the emergency recording feature of the camera.
