Title: Thin, but effective
Review: I wasn’t sure about these oven mitts to start with, as they are much thinner than would be expected from using standard oven gloves. They are also much lighter. However, I got over my reluctance to grab a hot dish while wearing them, and found that they actually work very well at shielding from heat. Unlike some other gloves I have tried, the lightness of these works in their favour, as they are less cumbersome to use. My main quibble with them is that they are described as ‘long length’ for extra protection, but I found them to be the same as a standard glove. If they had been a bit longer, I would have given them five stars.
