We recommend purchasing a duvet that’s right for the season & right for you. We all have our ideal sleeping temperature, some warmer, some cooler. At Snuggledown we offer a range of togs so you can choose your ideal duvet for a perfect night sleep.

Can I wash my Duvet & Pillow?

Yes you can. All our duvets & pillows are machine washable and can be tumbled dried. Please refer to each care label for further instructions.

Will this Duvet fit my bed covers?

All duvets are manufactured to UK standard sizing to fit your duvet cover. For extra drape, you can choose the next size up. Sizes available: Single: L200cm x W135cm; Double: L200cm x W200cm; King: L220cm x W225 cm; Super King: L220 cm x W260 cm.

Are Snuggledown products sustainably sourced & manufactured?

Snuggledown are committed to sustainability & CO2 reduction within our manufacturing process. Our UK factory produces zero to landfill waste, we use recycled polyester filling in our Hollowfibre products & 30% of our packaging uses recycled plastics.

Title: Very warm and snuggly!
Review: I didn’t purchase this lightly as it was above and beyond what I would normally pay for a duvet. However, fed up with synthetic duvets that soon bunch up, with the filling sliding around inside, I decided it was time to invest in a feather duvet, and I’m glad I did. I chose snuggledown as they have a good reputation to upkeep, and supply some of the bigger chain stores. I was also impressed with their manufacturing story. The duvet didn’t take long to reach its plumpness out if the packaging, and there is definitely no smell to it. It’s very very warm @13.5 tog, and there is a decent amount of weight to it, in fact it’s slightly heavier than I anticipated, but this hasn’t been a problem. Overall I am very happy with my purchase, and feel that it’s good value compared to many other duvets that I researched.

Title: Very light and thin but warm
Review: It’s a nice duvet, I would of gone for the 15tog if I knew, It’s very lightweight and quite thin (I had a real feather duvet and that felt a lot more cosy) but it’s nice and warm and for spring/summer in London I am sure it’s perfect, however now in the winter I am sleeping with a few blankets on top. Would recommend for the price.

Review: I got this duvet since I was using an old one and was getting allergies. When it arrives it’s very fluffy, but settles down after a while. Very warm but also just the right weight. Allergies also have gone down since i got it. Highly recommend.

Title: I have this and I’m feeling ethically-uncomfortable now
Review: I bought this duvet and pillow a while back, feeling that this was a luxurious treat and I enjoyed the warmth of the bedding afterwards. More recently, however, social media has highlighted live plucking of geese, with Ikea doing it’s own investigation of the facts and establishing that a significant proportion of feather and down are plucked from live birds by experienced ‘rippers’. Maybe Snuggledown can 100% reassure its customers that all feathers are sourced as byproducts of the meat industry, with feathers taken from dead birds? Can Snuggledown be 100% sure that this reassurance is correct, as evidenced by visits to the sites where the feathers are sourced? While the bedding is very comfortable, I’m afraid my conscience has felt pretty uncomfortable thanks to recent Facebook videos. In fact, I’ve replaced my duvet to a less luxurious hollow fibre duvet 🙁

Review: Leggero, caldo – anzi molto caldo, non perde piume, costa poco, non ha odore, insomma solo pregi e nessun difetto!!! Se col tempo dimostrerà qualche pecca, aggiornerò la mia recensione.Preso per sostituire il piumino di mia figlia, che era mio e aveva un bel po’ d’anni, questo è fatto a quadrettoni come tutti i moderni piumini e, anche se non è blasonato come quelli del Tirolo (che costano 3/4 volte tanto), svolge in maniera inappuntabile il suo mestiere.Mi sa che Amazon ha letto le recensioni perchè mi è arrivato uno scatolone contenente la scatola che si vede in foto, in cui il piumino è inserito, arrotolato, in un sacchetto di plastica aperto in alto, che quindi sarebbe stato esposto all’aria se non fosse stato inserito in uno scatolone più grosso, dato che la scatola Snuggledown in alto non è chiusa, ma ha 2 aperture che fanno diventare il coperchio una maniglia. E qualcuno se ne era lamentato…Amazon ha risolto il problema!Quando l’ho tolto dall’imballo sono stata presa da un attacco di “ho fatto una cavolata!” perchè mi sembrava troppo sottile, troppo leggero, ma come solo 500 filling quando i tirolesi mettono piume x 600/700 filling… e invece mi sono dovuta ricredere, pur nella sua leggerezza il piumino è meravigliosamente caldo e mia figlia non ha più bisogno di coperte aggiuntive.Consigliatissimo… sfido a battere questo fantastico rapporto qualità/prezzo!!!

Review: Comincio col dire che ne ho acquistati 2, entrambi 13,5 tog e che non ne arrivano due da unire come scritto in molte recensioni di questo prodotto, ma uno unico!La recensione che più mi era piaciuta e che mi ha convinto a scegliere questo tra tanti è quella che lo definiva “ croccante e caldo come quei bei piumoni che trovi negli alberghi “ …. ed io aggiungo negli alberghi a 5 stelle!!È veramente caldo, confortevole e croccante 🤣Mi aggiungo anche però ai commenti negativi riguardo la spedizione… nonostante io abbia seguito i suggerimenti e abbia indicato ad Amazon di metterli in uno scatolone, sono arrivati nella loro scatola originale che presenta due grossi buchi sopra, dal quale entra polvere e qualsiasi cosa e questo è a dir poco scandaloso!!!!Comunque li ho lavati in lavatrice e poi messi in asciugatrice con le palline apposite che si usano per piumini e giubbotti ed è andato tutto bene! Solo, non spaventatevi della puzza una volta bagnati e quando non è ancora asciutto, io ho dovuto tenere aperte le finestre in lavanderia perché sembrava avessi delle oche bagnate puzzolenti all’interno, ma, dopo due cicli al massimo in asciugatrice e una notte stesi in casa per perdere l’umidità, erano perfetti e sempre coccoli e caldissimi!Sono perfetti anche per le temperature fredde.Quindi consiglio l’acquisto e ritengo che sia un OTTIMO prezzo/qualità.

Review: Ci dormo ormai da 5 mesi; ottimo prodotto, caldo, molto comodo, morbido e con quel piacevole “effetto gonfio” che cercavo; la misura per una piazza e mezza si adatta molto bene al mio materasso 190×120; la parte che rimane appoggiata al bordo finale del letto non si alza minimamente anche non essendo ancorata sotto al materasso. Review: Il pacco è arrivato nella confezione originale del venditore distrutta e rattoppata con dello scotch, nella parte superiore ci sono due fori per cui è entrato di tutto, il piumino all’interno era riposto in un sacchetto di plastica che non era stato nemmeno chiuso e la parte aperta era nella parte superiore della scatola. Pieno di polvere e emanava un odore terribili di polvere, magazzino….insomma pessimo! inoltre all’interno ci sono piume intere che hanno la parte rigida che si sente distintamente al tatto. Restituito subito!
