Title: Works so far but a tad expensive.
Review: I didn’t want to drill lots of holes all over my brickwork so I bought this to mounts a load of metal street names I had collected on my travels on my patio wall . Sticking amazingly so far, but not had any rain or frosts yet. We will see how it goes long term. My only gripe is the price which works out 8.5p a centimetre and considering that the final 10cm is adhered to the roll and can’t be used is a bit on the expensive side. However, if the tape works I can live with the price. I will update review in 6 months time.

Review: I’ve been using this stuff on a number of things for a while and am quite impressed. It’s much better than the classic double sided foam tape we’ve all been using for so long. It’s more flexible so you can push it into corners and cracks better and made of a much better material. If you have to remove it later, it’s not easy per se, but unlike the old foam material it doesn’t rip apart, so once you get a corner started you can just pull on it carefully to get it off.This stuff actually works so well I used some in my old car just to temporarily hold something in place. Despite very hot temperatures in there (that car runs hot!) and plenty of dust and road grime building up on and around it, it held up for at least a year such that I simply never even bothered to replace it. (Mind you, it may not be strong enough to hold anything that puts any real pressure on it, but for simple things like what I did it seems to actually work.) It’s probably a silicone material, so it seems to hold up pretty well over time even under punishment like that.All in all, I’m impressed. It’s not as cheap as the old foam stuff, but you get what you paid for. Use the cheap foam stuff for simple tasks and this for the tougher tasks.

Review: This is some strong tape. Only problem I had was its strength was not the best suited for lateral loads as the tape would appear to hold firmly but over time depending on the weight of the item it is holding up it would start to lose adhesion near the upper portion of the tape. Other than this the tape I found works great for vertical loads and is suprisinly strong in that manner. I do believe double sided tapes in general are not very good with lateral loads. Overall I would buy this again and is definitely worth the money.
