Title: Not the easist sealant to work with.
Review: No instructions to clean spillage. Cures very quickly making it difficult to tool. I purchased several tubes, one to seal around the base of a new WC Pan, that was ackard. The remainder too seal around window frames externally. I am not going to do so. Returning unused tubes. The only thing I think it would be easiest is if you were fitting wall panels as an adhesive, where tooling is not necessary.
