Review: Unlike the rest of the NeverStick Premium line, these grill pans don’t have the thick steel magnetically reactive bottom, so they won’t work on induction plates.Even more than regular non-stick pans, these need to be raised to a high temperature before putting in the food if you want a good sear and good non-stick performance.

Review: I love this grill pan! So much so that I bought one for my son. I’ve cooked ribeye steaks in it when we didn’t feel like firing up the grill and they come out very tender and juicy in this skillet. I’ve also cooked bnls/skls chicken and hamburger patties in it with great results. It is a weighty skillet and very easy to clean. I have always had good luck with the Ninja brand and this was no exception. I highly recommend this product.
