1. When using the regular 5W adapter, the red light will flash. Please make sure to use our original adapter or quick charge adapter. 2. If the cable is not plugged in properly, the red light will flash. Please reconnect the two connectors of the charging cable and fully insert. 3. Some customers may put the phone directly on the charger without a gap, which will cause the red light to flash. Please make sure the charging distance is within 13-30mm. 4. If the phone is not placed in the correct charging position, the red light will flash. Please move the phone to the correct charging point.
Customer question 2: I put my phone in the charger but it won’t charge my phone even if there is no object in between.
The effective charging distance is between 13 and 30 mm (0.51 inch to 1.18 inch). If you put your phone directly on the charger, the charger will not work and the red light will flash. Instead, you can place a book or something similar between the charger and your phone for a periodic test.
Customer Question 3: If I don’t paste the table sticker, the phone will still charge. Can I charge my phone without the sticker?
When the charging distance is between 13-20mm(0.51″-0.79″), you can use the charger with or without the sticker. If the charging distance is between 20-30mm(0.79″-1.18″), please use the black power sticker.
This could be the result of two separate possibilities:
1. The first is that your outlet is loose and all you have to do is reconnect all the wires including both sides.
2. The second possibility is that the charger is not working properly.

Title: Works exactly as expected
Review: Used on a desk that’s 15mm thick, so only using the clear pad on the top, and it works exactly as I would expect. The inclusion of a lining up disk for on top of the desk is really helpful and can’t fault it for the price.Yes wireless charging is slower than wired charging but when you’re just placing your phone down on your desk it doesn’t really matter, all in all I’m happy with my purchase

Review: In the box you get a mount that attaches under your desk using sticky pads, a charging plate, QC 3.0 UK Charger, USB-A to USB-C cable, 2x different charging zone markers and a very clever light up alignment gadget.You decide where you want to position it on you desk and use the under desk mount to hold the charging plate in place. Connect it up to the power. Then using the alignment gadget, you position that on the top of your desk so that all the lights come on. This means it’s directly above the plate. Stick that in place and pull out the middle light up part. This provides a guide for sticking one of the zone markers on your desk.You get two zone markers and depending on the thickness of your desk, you choose one of the other. It does state that the max thickness you can use this on is 30mm. However, my desk is 38mm laminate and it will work through that, but the charging performance is around 0.35A. I did try it with a more powerful charger and that doubled the performance. If I’m honest, this is perfectly fine for me, as I wasn’t looking for a fast charging solution. More something to keep the battery level topped up. The thinner the surface, the better the performance will be. I will also add that I have a case on my phone.This is a really convenient solution, not just for desks, but kitchen worktops and other surfaces. No messing around with cutting holes. The only negative is that the supplied QC3.0 charging will not give you the maximum charging performance this can deliver.Since I’ve only just started using this, I’m not in a position to comment on the reliability side of things.I hope you found this review & photos interesting, informative, and useful. Review: The “Invisible Wireless Phone Charger†from “KPON†is a very handy and reasonably easy-to-install wireless charger which is stuck on the underside of your desk or table, and then provides wireless charging just by placing your phone on top of it.I love the absolute ease of these hidden wireless chargers. I have mine on my desk for when I work from home, so I can have my phone charging whenever I put it down next to my laptop.Installing the charger takes a little time. Personally, I found the included instructions a tad vague. However, after reading them then looking at how it all works, it became reasonably self-explanatory.The set includes a handy installation pad which shows you precisely where to put the clear sticker which goes on the top of your desk to show you exactly where to place your phone for charging.For the sheer ease of having a spot on your desk that will charge your phone whenever you place it in that spot, this thing is an absolute game charger. I’ve had this wireless charger installed now for a month or so and have found it so incredibly helpful.To be honest, the charge it delivers isn’t all that fast. You can certainly get faster wireless chargers and even faster wired ones. However, for the ease of use, the charge speed is probably good enough for most people.The desk I’ve installed mine on is roughly 15mm thick. The charger works fine with this thickness and has caused no problems with any neighbouring electrical devices like my laptop etc.All in all very highly recommended!

Title: Poor adhesive system
Review: Great item 👌 loved how the install went right up until I peeled the backing sticker from the black induction ring. As I pulled it off the whole glue and metal disc came off with it aswell 😒. Other than that seems to work OK after a bodge fitting. The holder for the actual wireless charger is a bit slack but with a little bending I made it fit snug in it’s holder.

Title: Beatiful modern design, no quick charge
Review: A very complete product with almost every detail well thought out. Although it is hidden under a solid surface, the design is stylish, beautiful and modern, and very well made. Apart from the wireless charging surface, the USB-C cable and the plug, a number of other accessories are included. The basic one, a metal piece for attaching under a table or other surface, also feels sturdy and well made with very smooth edges. The wireless charger slides out easily so we can pull it out if needed.On the other hand, the details for setting it up are to be welcomed in such a product, as it is hidden by design and it is difficult to find the right position. The instructions explain how to use these accessories. We have 2 different stickers depending on the thickness of the tabletop, this helps us to know where to place the phone to charge it optimally. These stickers have the same size as the charger and different colour to know which one is which. And finally a charging sensor that we will only use when we are doing the installation. The lights are divided into 3 sectors and light up as we move it to know where it is aligned with the charger. This way we can stick the sticker in the right place.As for the charging itself, it works well. It is not a fast charge but it is acceptable.

Review: Ich habe mir einen Schreibtisch gebaut und war auf der Suche nach einer “unsichtbaren” Lösung um meine Geräte zu laden. Insgesammt habe ich drei hersteller mit abschnitten von dem Holz getestet und bin am ende bei diesem Produkt gebliegen. Für mich entscheidende Punkte waren:- Kabel und Netzteil sind nicht fest verbaut (können getauscht werden).- Lautlos (Ohne Lüfter).- Schnelle Reaktionszeit (Ich will nicht 5 Sekunden warten um zu prüfen ob das Gerät richtig positioniert ist).In meinem Fall war der Tisch an der gewünschten Stelle viel zu dick für jedes Produkt auf dem Markt also habe ich von Unten mit der Oberfräste grob die Form inkl. dem Anschluss für das Kabel ausgeschnitten und mit der mitgelieferten Halterung (umgedreht) fixiert.In unserem Fall (Mehrere iPhones, Airpods) laufen die Ladepads sehr zuverlässig, ich würde sie wieder kaufen.
