Title: Wife loves it
Review: Got this for the wife as a brush to leave in our holiday home. She loves how quickly it warms up and how it deals with her shoulder length hair. She said it actually worked better that one of her more expensive, high end brushes which is now a few years old. She’s happy to keep using it so it ticks the box for her. Good value compared to the competition.

Title: Made For Giants
Review: When I looked at the product description for this this curler I thought that like a lot of photos for adverts, the product was grossly exaggerated in size to show the particular features better. How wrong I was. This was made for giants with rapunzel hair, not for mere mortals who don’t have hair dragging on the floor or with anything short of a hand the size of Shrek’s. Personally I can barely hold it the handle is so wide.The wand looks to be good quality with safety tipped ends on the brush. There’s a slider button to choose Off/ Air / Low / High. These settings are odd. The ‘Air’ setting isn’t cool or air temperature, it’s heated. The ‘Low’ setting is simply lower air flow, not lower temperature as you’d expect. The ‘High’ setting increases the blast so the the heat seems hotter too.The bristles of the brush are long enough to protect your scalp from the heat & short enough to get a grip on your hair. Once turned off the long bristles allow you to set it down without the wand itself causing scorches on your table.Although the product description shows a women with fairly short hair manipulating this behemoth to create volume, it’s simply not possible. I have mid length hair & can’t get the brush close enough to my scalp to capture enough hair to do the job. It does work if what you want is a dryer to straighten & flatten your hair, but not if you’re hoping to create volume.If you have super long hair this will help dry the best of the length, but you won’t be able to get it near enough to your scalp underneath to dry the hair close to your head because of the sheer size of the brush.You may find this useful if you have long hair. I’ll have to wait until mine gets long enough as I don’t like the look I get using it on mid length hair. But I’m giving this some decent star value because for very long hair it will work fine.

Title: Ideal for younger teenagers
Review: My daughter struggles a bit with heavy hairdryer and brush, so this is ideal as it’s lightweight and combines drying and brushing onto one unit. Quality is good, heats up quickly but not too hot. Produces slick, effective results and avoids the need for straightening after drying (on shortish hair at least). Overall very impressed and would recommend.

Title: Gets the job done
Review: No major issues here. I don’t see any significant additional volumising effect over and above that of a regular hairdryer and appropriate brush/comb but I find this more convenient and less tiring to use for simple drying of shoulder length hair. Part of that I think is down to the 360 “slip ring” power cord feature. The fine/short comb bristles are a little harsher than I’d like, given I’ve fine hair which is easy to damage but I’ve seen no ill effects yet. The high heat setting is rather fierce but the lower and cold settings are fine and there’s good air throughput, making drying quick and effective.

Title: Works Well
Review: I have wanted to try a hot brush for a while now, so took the plunge to give this one a go.I recently had a haircut so currently my hair is in good condition with not straggly ends – better I thought for trying this outThe brush itself is pretty big and I found a little cumbersome to work with – I am a total novice though and would likely still find a smaller hot brush just as tricky to get used to. It took me a while to get the hang of angles and positioning, for example to get round the back of my head – but overall it went ok and I managed to do my whole head.My hair was a bit fluffy once I was done, but again i think this was a me issue by not using enough heat protector/styling product – otherwise I looked like I had my hair blow dried. With practice I think I will manage to do my hair a lot faster and with a sleeker finish.If you’re not sure or havent tried one of these before, definitely worth giving a go
