BRITISH DESIGN – Campden Cookware Non-Stick Sauciere/Milk Pan 2.2L is formed from 18/10 stainless steel for maximum efficiency and durability and is suitable for all cooking methods including induction. The base of the pan features tri layering technology; a copper core sandwiched between layers of 18/10 and 18/0 stainless steel. This allows for even and efficient heat distribution across the whole base, eliminating hot spots during cooking.
PFOA FREE – The Campden 2.2L Sauciere/Milk Pan features a reinforced and extremely durable Excalibur non-stick coating. This prevents food from sticking, reduces the need to cook with oil and aids easy cleaning. PFOA free and industry standard compliant across the globe.
SUITABLE FOR ALL COOKING METHODS – Rapid response to temperature changes during cooking on gas, electric and induction methods. Oven safe up to 250°C, ideal for finishing dishes and to keep food warm.

Title: Beautiful, heavy weight pan and just the right size.
Review: Love, love, love this gorgeous pan. A wee bit pricey but worth every penny. It doesn’t come with a lid but a standard saucepan lid works fine if needed. I use this pan for everything – scrambled eggs, porridge, making cheese sauce, making mince/ chilli etc. I use it every day on an induction hob and it is really stable, heats evenly and makes cooking a pleasure. Highly recommend.

Title: The best saucier pan
Review: Excellent in every way. High sides, perfect shallow bowl shape, thick base, great handle that can go in the oven if you need, super non stick (that I’m sure needs to stand the test of time and I am using only wood and silicone spoons). It is already one of my absolutely favourite pans and that means a lot. It does not have a lid though.

Title: Excellent Saucier, the Best Ever
Review: Delighted with this Saucier. In fact, it’s the best piece of equipment in my kitchen. I used the Saucier today, for the first time, which cooked the sauce in record time. No more burnt saucepan bottom or burnt milk. The bottom of the Saucier has copper in it and is quite heavy, so the heat is distributed evenly and quickly. The coating looks strong and smooth and providing I use only soft plastic utensils on the coating, this wonderful Saucier should last for years to come,

Title: Non stick part got burned off
Review: The shape is ideal for my need and the size is rare in Amazon. The handle is heavy, so if not enough food being cooked, the pan tends to tilt and fall off the stove. The product came with fancy packaging and instructions which really impressed us. But when it got damaged by simply trying to pan fry some salmon, we were really heartbroken. Didn’t expect this for the price.

Title: What a wonderful pan
Review: I’ve only just started using this pan so can’t comment on any long term use. However the pan itself is substantially built and the non-stick coating works well. The pan’s shape, weight and size make it a universal go to pan and the use of it, as intended, as a saucier is great.

Title: Disapponting, be careful
Review: Great for 6 months, but Unfortunately the ‘non stick’ coating does not last as well as the ninja pans bought and used over the same time period. Apparently the guarantee only holds if you dont use high heat (!)

Review: I had purchased the Robert Welch full pan set and a steamer to fit the largest pan, I wanted a matching milk pan it arrived a excellent condition.It is not a conventional milk pan it is quite wide and it is used for many things it is ideal for scrambling eggs and it’s really easy to clean.Well worth the money I am really please with it if your looking for a new milk pan it is worth investing you will get so much use from it.
