Title: Ok but check internal fittings first
Review: Bought this new tap for the kitchen sink, made sure everything was fitted properly PTFE on the fixings only to find that the fixings inside the tap body ( that you can’t actually get to) were all loose and leaked like a, well, leaky tap. Absolutely drenched the cupboard below the sink and had to disconnect and spend hours tightening up the connections inside the tap with great difficulty. Now it’s done it’s a great tap but if you think it’ll just be old one out and new one in think again !!!

Title: mixer valve failed
Review: Product looks good but unfortunately only provides hot water. No cold water flowing through after replacing our old faucet – plumber has indicated it is a bad mixer valve. The whole unit needs to be replaced. The braided hoses are also very narrow which causes them to easily kink when looped.Price is favorable, but our experience with this product has ended up costing additional money in plumber costs.
