Review: Everyone else who gave this product a poor review obviously didn’t bother to read the instructions ! What do you mean “it doesn’t get hot enough� There are 10 heat settings from 120 C to 210 C ! Those stuck on 180 C never read the instructions to turn off the preset. Of course it’s only for long hair. It’s got a 32mm barrel ! It’s specifically designed for long hair. Why would anyone buy a tong with a 32mm barrel for short hair ? I really do despair of people sometimes. Anyway, thanks to people returning this product and writing it down I got mine as a Warehouse Deal for £13. What a bargain ! It’s more of a wand than a tong because the short clip holds the end of long hair so you can wind it up easily. I would give it 6 stars if I could. Great for beach waves.

Review: I sent mine back. Does not curl hair, feels really cheap. Hair gets caught between the clip and the curling wand. Takes longer than 30 seconds to heat up.. about a minute or 2 – even though it says it only takes 30 seconds (unless i had a faulty one)
