Title: Shocking Customer Service
Review: I have purchased many Hu-da-da jigsaws and have always been happy with them. On this occasion there was one of the side pieces missing. Consequently, I completed a form on the Hu-da-da website with supporting photographic evidence and submitted this requesting a refund, being one of the options available. Having heard nothing for some weeks I followed up with an e-mail. Again no response. A subsequent email, now several weeks on from the submission of the original form, did illicit a response, which asked me to fill in a form. I pointed out that I had already done so and asked again for a refund. The response, an email just giving me their email address- nothing else. Quite frankly having already spent time and effort in following, what should be a simple process, I gave up. Beware therefore that if you do have a problem the company don’t seem to care about this, or at the very least they certainly give that impression and don’t hold your breath if expecting a response from them.

Review: I dislike the habit of using letters on the back of the puzzle as it makes it too easy. I try to avoid using them. Otherwise, a very good puzzle.
