Review: We have a lot of dry goods, and this size is a good fit for 1.5kg bags of flour. I’ve ordered more to accommodate the three types of rice we cook. They really save space.It is easy to close, once you know how. Press the corners down till you hear a click, then press the rest of the lid down till it clicks, too.

Title: Cheap containers
Review: Although these look sturdy, they are quite flimsy. The first time I tried to put a lid on one of them the container bent and then broke. The lids are a very tight fit and take quite a bit of manipulating to get them on.These will be sent back and replaced with a clip on lid system, slightly more expensive but a little bit more sturdy and reliable.One good thing about them, they are a decent size.

Title: I was so (wrongfully) hopeful
Review: Years ago my freezers drawers broke and some became unusable for other reasons- recently I’ve been finding ways to work around my disabilities so I can make food for myself meaning I needed to use my freezer more and it’s always full but the problem is I don’t have drawers so it was just bags and boxes stacked up and I didn’t like that as it would create fairly frequent avalanches of boxes and bags so I decided to look for decent sized tubs I can use to keep everything separate and easier to access- I found these tubs and they seemed to be everything I could want and need so I ordered 2 sets of 3ltr tubs… they arrived the other day and yesterday I opened them to put away my groceries only to find most of the lids were chipped and broken badly and even some of the tub had decent sized cracks! Not only that but the few that were in good condition the lids just wouldn’t stay shut they kept pinging up when one side was clipped shut… I contacted Amazon who organised a full refund on both sets of tubs and I’m very grateful for how helpful and understanding ACS is! Once refund comes in I’ll definitely be on the look out for better tubs! Out of 8 tubs most were broken and I have no idea how they managed that! Do they kick them around the manufacturing room or storage place before selling them? Either way, I’m very disappointed in this company as they seem to sell damaged goods frequently. AVOID THESE! I’ll be going with sistema – my fav food tub brand!
