Review: Good quality toolbox drawer mat. Easy to measure and cut. The width is exactly 16 inches. Some other mats advertise 16″, 18″ or 24″, but are actually undersized. The drawback with this product is it’s thick and soft. Which isn’t a problem for drawers that hold lighter tools like screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc. But if you put hammers, air tools, drills, tap & die sets, etc, those tools are heavier and leave unwanted depressions in the matting. Unfortunately I bought 2 rolls and did 10 drawers that hold the lighter tools first and have just now moved on to the drawers that hold heavier tools. I’m not going to redo with a thinner mat. Live and learn experience.
