Title: Landing, landing………. Bump…..We’re down
Review: This is a 50cm landing mat for a drone and will fit many drone sizes on the consumer market. I have various mats for mine, but this is the brightest colour one I have. It is a typical PU PVC material and feels spongy.It is meant to be placed on a flat surface as it is floppy. It can work on grass area if using a lightweight drone like a Mini 2,3,4…. Personally, I prefer the fold out board style as they are more resilient.What lets this one down is that it is folded up so small, the material has permanent creases in it that even after hours, days do not come out. A drone ideally needs to land on a perfectly flat surface as any bumps can make it tip when making contact, and could result in damage. All the ones I have bought previously of this type have been sent rolled, not folded. I am hoping that in the warmer weather, it may help manipulate the creases out more by leaving it in the sun.

Title: Very brightly coloured so hard to miss and does the job
Review: This is a good size and works well on flat surfaces. It’s a “nice to have” rather than a “must have” – and as a side note, would also make a very good (very large!) beer mat for your outside beer garden – but seems to do the job.

Title: Solid landing pad
Review: This is a well made solid landing pad for your drone. It’s got a bit of weight to it so it won’t fly away at all. I like how simple it is to use you just roll it out and it’s ready to go. It’s probably not the most compact mat out there so if you are looking for something compact then maybe this is not the one for you but can be easily rolled up and put in a backpack.Overall I really like using it and it’s been perfect so far.

Title: Ideal For Take Off And Landing
Review: The area where I fly my drone most of the time is trimmed grass which is not always ideal as the longer tufts can sometimes foul the propellors. This Wipkviey Drone landing pad is a great solution as I can lay it out and kneel onto it to get the grass underneath reasonably flat. The 50cm diameter pad then provides me with a good surface for take off and landing when using my drone. I was using a sheet of hard plastic which was cumbersome and awkward to carry. This pad can be rolled or folded as it is made from a PU PVC material and has enough weight to it making it easy to lay out flat. It is very easy to transport and is a bright yellow colour with a large H printed onto it with some additional circular markings. Overall I am very happy with this drone landing pad and having used it several times I am confident to recommend.

Title: Can’t miss it
Review: If you can find a nice level piece of dry ground, or a rock or concrete surface then there is no need for a landing mat for your drone but I have had some experiences where it is hard to find a clear spot to land, and take off and that is where this comes in really useful.You could lay it on snow, which you would otherwise not want to put a drone on, or on grass which would otherwise get into the blades. It is especially useful somewhere hot and dry where taking off and landing will throw up a lot of dust – as I discovered in Greece last year.This mat is thicker than some which makes it a bit more weight and bulk to carry around, but it is less prone to get blown away. To be honest, if it is windy enough to blow this mat away then it is too windy to be out flying anyway. The bright yellow colour makes it easy to spot from the air if you are looking at the screen view.Overall, very useful. It is just a pity that it arrives folded up so that it is creased. The creses will come out in time, but it is far better to roll the thing up.

Review: Von Material und Machart ist der Landeplatz ein wenig vergleichbar mit einem Mauspad. Mit 50x50cm ist es für meine Mini 4 Pro schon sehr groß, aber das macht nichts. Man kann es zusammenfalten und im Rucksack transportieren.Der Landeplatz erleichtert Start und Landung, da man sich über unebene oder schlecht beschaffene Untergründe weniger sorgen muss. Die Drohne kommt nur in Kontakt mit dem Landeplatz und hat eine solide Basis.

Review: This landing pad does exactly what it is supposed to do — it gives you a nice landing spot for your drone. It’s a great size for a mini-drone and allows the drone to land on grass or gravel; spots that would be difficult to land on without the landing pad. The only suggestion I have for improvement is not about the pad itself, but about packaging. It would be far better to roll this pad for shipping instead of folding it. When it arrived the landing pad had several creases and bumps from being folded. After placing heavy books on top, the pad is almost evened out, but not perfect. It would have been better to not have to do this.
