Title: Good audio/mic quality, but a flawed design
Review: PROS-1. Very comfortable to wear, the pads around the headband are thick as are the earmuffs.2. Good fit/noise cancelling as they’re adjustable.3. Good quality audio/mic4. Long audio jack cable making them ideal for use on a PC.5. Clip on mic to keep it perfectly in place and secure.6. The mic is on a gooseneck so it’s very easy to position it exactly as required, and it holds the shape very well.7. Charges quickly and hold charge fairly well.CONS-1. There are some sharp edges when you expand the size which hurt, they also caught and pulled out hair.2. The mic is connected to the audio jack cable which means if you want to use the mic the cable must be in use.3. Plasticky outer which feels cheap.4. No Bluetooth connectivity.5. I’m not a fan of the USB dongle set-up,it drops the connection sometimes for no reason which is irritating.NEUTRAL-If you want to use it with an xbox series X you really need an adaptor (this is Microsoft wanting to corner the market and not the fault of the manufacturer of the headset.) If you don’t have an adaptor the sound if quite quiet and you don’t get the full benefit of the audio.Overall I think this is a reasonable headset, and works well with a PC, but I would prefer a Bluetooth or wired connection and not the USB dongle. For a PC user I would probably still recommend it. 3*

Title: Unwieldy
Review: It’s a comfortable headset with good sound, but the lack of bluetooth lets it down. There seems to be cables all over the place, and you can’t use the microphone boom without having the long cable trainling away. The dongle connection isn’t quite as rock solid as it could be and tends to drop out occasionally.However, at 29quid at time of writing it’s pretty good value and you do get your moneys worth. They are really good sounding headphones and if you can live with a potential bit of wire spagetti then you’ll like them a lot. Modern standards however call for bluetooth and wireless connectivity, and they feel a bit old fashioned in that they dont support this.
