Title: Great machine
Review: Been looking for a belt sander for a while now but the 2×72â€™s are expensive. Found this one on Amazon and glad I gave it a try. It says itâ€™s a wood working sander, but I am using it for metal. Copper working it is spot on even at 3mm thick, both on the belt and the pad. I have also used it with 5mm x 25mm flat bar mild steel and it handles it no problem.Noise level is better than what I was expecting, and the level of vibration from the machine isnâ€™t excessive. I have a small belt sander that is variable speed and I am told it can be heard in the house from the garage (garage is joint to the house), no complaints with this one yet.

Title: Bench Belt/Disc Sander
Review: Very nice little sander ideal for me as I turn pens and little things like Christmas ornaments so super handy for anyone doing model making or such. Not very noisy either very easy to put together took me about 10 minutes to get it up and running.You will need to buy more belts and discs as it only comes with one of each all ready on the machine.It comes with three different sized allen keys for setting up the tables and such and they store in one place on the side with the belt.

Title: Does it do the job?
Review: Purchased primarily for jewellery and so I bought finer belts, which was quite straightforward. The discs proved less easy as most discs are Velcro type fitting and this required contact adhesive. As yet I have not found any ,â€™ready to goâ€™, and have therefore resorted to DIY.Product works well for what I need but I canâ€™t really evaluate it for wood etc. my gut feeling is that it is perhaps a little lightweight.

Title: Compact, versatile belt sander
Review: I’m a novice woodworker who does all their work in a little shed during the summer. I’ve used sanders of many different kinds but could never muster the willpower nor the hefty price to go all in with a fixed-position belt sander. This sander, fortunately, offers the solution for newcomers and even veterans who have limited space. At an affordable price, the belt sander remains extremely compact yet well-equipped with its belt and disc sanding features.Little did I know I could get a workshop power tool so compact! The machine came with full instructions to set up. Fortunately, it proves nothing complicated, with simple three-step instructions to set up the belt and disc sanding platforms. A supporting leg and handle also get fitted to prop up what is a standing, multi-functioning sanding table. The machine has no fancy or complicated features, just a straightforward on and off button (both sanding belts turn on – there is no ability to run just one).This sander appears to be the perfect fit for my woodworking needs. I can pick up the machine with one hand and use it on my workbench without taking up all the space. The bottom has rubber feet which help it scratch-free and sturdy when using. In all, I’m excited to get started with some woodworking projects this summer and put this machine into use. It’s tidy, compact and multi-functional, all at a decent price. It’s a great welcome for learning woodworkers like myself or hobby crafters to have around without taking up excess space.

Title: Well designed, quiet and efficient.
Review: Well packaged for delivery and arrived in good time.The sander is well made and feels solid during use. Straight forward to set up with clear instructions and parts all included in the box. The work tables at each sanding point are adjustable. Although the angle setting gauge is tricky to see when adjusting but works well and the screw clamp holds well too.Very quiet during use and works well. On/off buttons are easy to use.Belt sander is easily adjusted for movement.Impressed with the Sander so far and it’s very well priced.

Review: Right out of the box one can tell that this is not a cheap plastic bench-sander wannabee. I used a cheaper sander for several years and when it expired I was almost relieved; I could now buy a really good sander. The previous equipment leaked dust out of and into the belt chamber, the belt was immune to tracking properly, it was LOUD, and it required fastening to the bench to keep it in the game. Bucktool starts right off showcasing a strong metal enclosure for the machinery. It has a solid stance on the work table. The belt change is easier than you could hope for. The belt behaves and tracks well and is sensitive to tiny adjustments with the track knob. Just to add to the features I’ve noted. there is a long bolt secured to the underside of the belt table serving as an adjustable support for what, in most lesser models, would be an unpleasant tendency to tip forward with the slightest pressure on the edge. The icing on the cake is that it costs only $25 more than a same-model replacement of the original tool. Less noise, great sanding, reasonable price, why aren’t America’s home woodshops full of Bucktools?

Review: I bought this one because I liked the idea of the belt cover that opens easily. Both the belt and the disk work well for my hobby needs, though I think with some care, the belt sander could be used on metal as well as wood. Just don’t expect the miter gauge to give you accurate angles on the disk sander. The fit in the slot is too sloppy.

Review: I am downsizing my shop and needed a small 1″ belt/ disc sander. The Bucktool sander fits the bill nicely. It was easy to set up, and works great. Another big plus is how easy it is to change belts. It was a 20 minute process on my old sander, on this sander, it done in a few minutes. The platens are stable, and it is relatively quiet and smooth running.
