1) Download Ubox APP from Google Play or APP Store.

2) Insert the SIM card into the correct slot.

3) Power on the camera and Reset the camera, wait for the led indicator turns blue.

Please turn off the camera, pull out the sim card,install it again, and then turn the camera on to see if the camera can be connected with mobile data. It is to reactive the card as it was out of service before you recharge it.

Can I use a different SIM card?

A EIOTClub SIM card is included which includes 300MB of roaming data and you can also use SIM cards from O2、Vodafone、EE etc.

Title: So far, so very very good and very impressed
Review: I bought these as we have 3 security cameras on our land where we keep our horses. So I can check no-ones on the land of course but mainly to check the welfare of my horses! Reolink repeatedly let us down, randomly disconnecting themselves or just not working or charging etc! Always when we needed them most too! So I reluctantly with not much expectation tried these cheaper cameras! Think I got 2 for half the price of Reolink. But wow am I glad I did! They are amazing. Easy to use, clear picture, notifications for movement. They come with a SIM card which I signed up to as we had a lot of issues with Reolink I thought these have specific sims that won’t run out of data! It’s more expensive but worth peace of mind! If I could change anything I would ask for monthly subscriptions for data and cloud storage and all your cameras in the app be able to come under one account for sim and storage packs but not a big enough deal to mark them down. Oh and to send them with an as card included even if charged at purchase as i had to did sd cards before I could activate. 🙏 they continue to be reliable. Having said that also the customer support is excellent thanks joey for the free cloud storage for a year and 2 year warranty is a massive plus and instant replies to my questions and queries ❤️ battery seems excellent at this stage too! Another let down on Reolink

Review: Within three days it caught the little b***s that were breaking in.The solar panel is keeping the battery charged.Given a choice, I’d prefer to be able to stream the video to my own online storage rather than be locked in. If they withdraw the cloud service (which I’ve had numerous times with devices locked to the supplier’s online service), I’m stuck with the SD storage alone.

Review: The setup was straightforward and the camera went online and I was able to control it from the app. I decided to top up the sim that was provided and the camera then stopped working. So I inserted a sim that I have in an iPad and it now works again. Kiki at the online helpdesk was most helpful. The picture quality is excellent.
