Title: Just the job
Review: I wanted something to remove rust from a vintage tractor restoration and this was perfect. It has a very tactile feel to it and is reassuringly heavy with a feel of good quality. There are 3 collets included to use with various size attachments and tightening these with the included spanner’s was easy, despite some of the reviews online. The speed settings work great as does the moveable vent. I have used it for several hours now and have to say it’s an absolute bargain for what I need. I wrapped some PTFE around the air line fitting before I screwed it in and again perfect with no leaks.

Title: Could be that little bit better
Review: It’s much better than the standard Clarke due grinder. The spindle runs true and it’s exceptionally powerful. My only gripe is that the bearings sound like they are going to go at any minute. Although it’s proven to be very reliable so far.

Review: Ho scelto questo utensile pensando che avere la leva di azionamento superiore potesse essere un vantaggio.Purtroppo non ho tenuto conto della posizione dello scarico dell’aria laterale (la ghiera nera evidenziata nelle foto allegate): è praticamente impossibile posizionarla liberamente perché rimane avvolta dal palmo della mano e non scarica l’aria, quindi si è obbligati a tenerla ruotata verso l’operatore, e in inverno immagino non sia il massimo beccarsi tutta quell’aria sul corpo.Per poterla orientare con lo scarico dell’aria verso l’esterno (lato destro dell’utensile) bisogna impugnarlo in uno strano modo, con la mano tutta avanti e il pollice appoggiato sulla testa, senza poter azionare agevolmente la leva (vedi foto).Inoltre negli accessori allegati non c’è l’attacco rapido che usiamo noi in Italia, c’è n’è uno strano che probabilmente usano nei paesi anglosassoni (vedi foto): poco male, costa solo 1 euro ma bisogna andare a comprarlo in utensileria.Troppo scomoda da usare: lo scarico d’aria deve essere posteriore, non laterale. Peccato. Restituita.
