Title: Good for a cheap set. Don’t use if you want the room dark when PC is off

Review: UPDATE: So I was contacted by the manufacturer who sent me their E900 Pro. So I’m bumping up the review to 4* because of good customer service and the fact that the replacement was well built so my faulty one is more likely a one-off or possibly something worked loose in transit.At this price point it’s an adequate enough headset. Not sure about the “virtual 7.1” surround claims for something that doesn’t need a driver and a feature that doesn’t have an off functionality.So why the 2 * rating? Shoddy build quality / QA.Couldn’t mute the microphone, the switch did nothing. Was on the verge of sending these back but as I can’t really be without a headset at the moment I decided to take a look at the switch. Fortunately the mute/volume blob on the cable is in two parts held together with small screws. Undoing these screws showed that the sliding switch wasn’t attached to the actual switch. With this rectified and the whole thing put back together the mute switch worked.Maybe I got a bad one, but does show that maybe their quality control is lacking.

Review: Budget headphones. Does it’s job well, but audio can be very “muted” and people say the mic can “pop” a lot. Does what it says on the tin, but i would definitely notcall it “ESports” level. you are better off paying £20 more for a Razer/Steele Series. But it will do in a pinch

Review: Tried the headset when it arrived but had some problems with the microphone being too quiet and issues with sound coming from the left ear.Managed to quickly get in contact with customer service which was really helpful and polite the entire time, after listening to the issues they sent a replacement very quickly which works great with no issues.Great sound and clear microphone with a good look.Great product and great customer service.

Review: Great sound and the headphones don’t leak sound for others in the room. I use them for listening to online radio and for doing my own radio show. They also come in handy for WhatsApp, TEAMS and other social gathering spaces.

Review: I’ve had them now for a few weeks and I work in customer service in a call center and I love them. They are comfortable and work very well! I had a difficult customer and I whispered “oh dear God” and she heard me loud and clear so the mic works very well! I can hear every customer very well and that helps me do my job better. They are a great value in my opinion. They seem to be the usual weight for headphones. The quality is clear!

Review: These headphones are sturdy, they sound great, and they cover my ears just right. The switch in the middle of the cord (for controlling the volume and mic) is also quite small, which is great since my last pair had a huge box-like controller that was frustrating to work around. You can’t control the lights, but it looks great anyways.The cord is also made of braided material, and it’s quite sturdy as well without being cumbersome or inflexible. Since I use a different microphone I haven’t had a need to use the one on the headset, but it’s quite sleek and stays next to your mouth. I don’t quite know how good the mic sounds, but if you’re spending this little on a headset you should expect the mic to not be incredible. In my opinion, where this headset really shines is in the sound quality and durability of the product itself. Most headsets in this price range are made of cheap materials and start to fritz out after a while, but I can guarantee that if you take care of these ones they’ll last you a really long time.They don’t hurt my ears or my head when they stay on for an extended period of time, and they’re also really nice for listening to music or watching YouTube. I think everything about these headphones other than the mic’s quality is perfect, so if you don’t have much to spend on an expensive pair then I highly recommend these.
