Title: Do NOT buy this phone!
Review: If this phone was free it would be over priced! I have had it 3 days and I have had to do factory reset 5 times already because of glitches on the home screen which prevented me from accessing my apps, indeed some apps including my banking app cannot be fully accessed on this phone, also it is so SLOW and it crashes constantly ! I spent 2 evenings attempting to set it up properly but it’s a waste of my time. If only I had kept the box I would return it but unfortunately I intend to bin it and forsake the cost as soon as I receive the replacement phone I bought today.This phone will frustrate you and take up hours of your time setting it up.. I didn’t expect much for the money but I did expect to be able to use it ! I bought the uleohone 10 for a similar price 18 months ago and it lasted well for the low cost. But this one is not good enough to be useless, so please don’t waste your money ! The seller needs to dump this batch back in the skip it came from, this phone is unusable !!!!

Review: Shocking customer service from ULEPHONE CHINA. Phone was corrupted. Went round in circles trying to get a replacement to give them the benefit of the doubt. In the end used Amazon’s refund process and bought a SAMSUNG. The Ulephone looks great but its not worth the hassle. After the pandemic, Chinese electronics just don’t seem to have the right components.

Lo adquirimos en la empresa para tener una línea móvil auxiliar y tener asociada una línea de WhatsApp.Es un aparato que no debería ni siquiera llegar a gama básica. No tiene sentido hoy en día un teléfono así.Por poner un ejemplo, desde que empieza a sonar una llamada entrante hasta que sale en pantalla la opción de responder, pueden pasar 4 o 5 segundos (eso si aparece la pantalla)Un teléfono más lento que cualquier gama media de hace 10 años
