Title: Good support if you sleep on your back
Review: Helps support your neck as long as you sleep on your back, I tend to sleep on my side so not ideal, but if my neck is very painful I can lie on back for a while and I do think it helps to ease it a bit. The pillow can be turned to give a different height but this is probably too high for most people. I paid about £20 for this just to see if it made a difference to me and I’m glad I didn’t pay more just to try this type of pillow

Title: Best pillow for neck and hip problems
Review: I have tried so many pillows, but this one is the very best. I like sleeping on my front but find I am usually twisted slightly with one are underneath me. This helps me to sleep perfectly flat and no matter which way I sleep, on front, side or back my posture is always correct, it has even stopped my hips hurting. I would recommend this pillow, it is great value for the money. It is plenty big enough as well. This certainly helps with pain relief. Very simple to use.

Title: Life saver for creaky necks
Review: I love this pillow – I nearly gave up on it after 5 days and my neck pain getting worse but it must’ve been the tension releasing because I think since then (over 4 months ago) I’ve only woken up with a sore neck once! Such a game changer. My husband has a memory foam one which I find a bit hard, it seems to hurt my ears, but this one is so lovely and soft and has indentations in the right spots for your head whether you sleep on your side or back. I switch between during the night and still not had any issues with the pillow. Would definitely recommend.

Review: I have been struggling with chronic neck and shoulder pain for many years now , never realising that it could be my sleep posture and pillow at fault ! I actually put it down to menopause! I’d find my self mid slumped down middle of the night every day . The thought occurred to me ti find a pillow to support and cradle my neck and shoulders and I came upon this one of medium weight . One night in and it’s a game changer . It holds you securely , in any position the base of your neck is cracked , infact the tension in my jaw was relieved too . I will never ever use a regular pillow again ! Don’t walk …RUN and buy this . I’m now thinking il have to travel with this pillow !!

Title: It isn’t the best shape for a support pillow
Review: It really is a soft cushion although I struggle to sleep on it, you can’t comfortably sleep on your side, it isn’t profiled the right way for head and the neck problems. I find myself moving it away at night as it causes discomfort, it’s going to charity since it’s still almost brand new but feel like I’ve given it enough time to know unfortunate it does not fit me.
