Title: Great for the hair, but the tub will not last long
Review: PACKAGING: Dedicated marketing box, sealed in cellophane.PRODUCT: Batana oilFUNCTION: This comes in a neat little jar with a screw top lid. Inside there is a further plastic lid. First thing I noticed was the smell. It smells and looks similar to caramel. It has a soft consistency. I was expecting it to be a bit rigid like wax, but it is not, so scooping it out was no problem. One hour before my shower, I put some on my hair. I have short hair, above the ears, one length and quite fine. I put a small amount in my palms (as directed) and rubbed them together. I am not certain I ‘warmed’ the oil up, it just spread over my hands. I found a small amount did not go far and had to keep digging in to get more and more. I then combed the oil through to ensure a good coverage. I do not own a shower cap (yet) so I covered my hair in cling film. I am not sure how effective this was but its the best I could do.One hour later I had a shower. I had to rinse twice with the shampoo to get my hair feeling clean. The result is my hair does feel softer. I live in a hard water area, so it usually feels dry and brittle. I shall definitely be using this as part of my pre-shower routine. It comes in a pretty jar, is 100% pure and natural, and at the very least makes my hair softer. Anything else hereafter is a bonus. In reality I should really give it a bit longer before I pass judgement (and also get a shower cap). This has an expiry date of July 2027, but once opened it must be used within 12 months. At the time of this review tub of Batana oil was £15.99, with a 10% discount, making it about £14.40.I think that is reasonable but a little does not go a long way, so I doubt a jar will last very long.

Title: Fantastic for nourishing hair and scalp!
Review: I recently started using this 100% pure Batana Oil for hair growth, and I have to say, it’s been a game-changer for my hair care routine. The oil is rich and thick, which makes it ideal for deeply nourishing the scalp and hair. After a few uses, I’ve already noticed my hair feeling softer and looking shinier. It’s great for combating dryness and split ends, and I love that it’s completely natural and unrefined. The oil has a slightly earthy scent, which some might need to get used to, but it’s not overpowering at all. I usually leave it in overnight as a treatment, and it washes out easily the next morning. Over time, my hair has started feeling stronger, and it’s definitely looking thicker in areas that felt a bit sparse. While it’s a bit on the thicker side, a little goes a long way, so the 120g jar will last a good while. It’s a perfect choice for anyone looking for a natural solution to promote hair growth and overall hair health. Highly recommend it if you’re serious about giving your hair a natural boost!

Title: Deep conditioner
Review: I love this batana oil, it is,more solid a bit like the texture of coconut oil, solid at room temperature, it becomes an oil when warmed between your palms.I tried some to check for any allergy put a small dab on the inside of my elbow, and another behind my ear, it soaks in so easy I didn’t cover the dab on the inside of my elbow with a plaster which is how I usually do an allergy test. I waited 48 hours (yes I did not wash that part of my arm), and happy to report no rashes, no itching, no flaking just soft skin.So having done allergy testing, I then proceeded to do an overnight mask with this batana oil. I should mention it has a slight fragrance to it, but it isn’t overpowering and didn’t last that long, or maybe I just went nose blind to it, but in any case it was a pleasant nutty/coffee type of smell.Any way I started the mask off by massaging this into my scalp, and then added more to the all along the lengths of my hair, paying particular attention to the ends and my frizzier parts of my hair, I then let it soak in for a while, maybe half an hour, then o wrapped my hair in clingfilm and left it until the next morning. In the morning I wrapped tin foil (the shiny side against my head/shiny side inside) and got on with the usual morning things here.I went into the shower being careful not to slip as I rinsed off the oil, it rinsed off well enough, but I shampooed and conditioned my hair as usual. After this I did as normal, let my hair dry off some iwith a towel wrapped around my head, and then left it to air dry, as is best for me am and my curlyish hair.Oh wow, my hair is so so so soft and shiny, this stuff is amazing, I love it so much I might just get rid of the other oils now just using them on my dry skin, especially in the winter months.I highly highly recommend any of you to try this it is that good in my opinion due to the effect it has had after just one use.Oh my hands were lovely and soft too, and it soaked into them so well I didn’t even need to wash them after applying this oil to my hair – double bonus, I will be trying this on my rough dry patches of skin, as I am certain it must help there too.I love this oil, I will be getting more for certain. 😊

Title: Hmmm
Review: The product works well, my hair feels stronger. Not seen any noticeable improvement in thickness or hair loss as of yet. However, the smell – I’m not sure what others are talking about when they say it smells good because it’s awful!! I mixed it with some coconut oil 50/50 to try to improve the smell but even that didn’t help. Had to wash my hair 3 times to get rid of the smell.

Title: Excellent raw (thick) oil
Review: Although this is called oil it is actually more of a paste being ‘raw’ batana oil. It has an OK scent – not amazing but not too strong.I can’t be sure it actually grows hair though it seems very popular these days. However the product itself is nice to apply, well packaged and pleasant to use.Recommended!

Review: I’ve been trying a variety of hair care product lately–specifically those that claim they can help improve the thickness and fullness of hair, slow hair loss, or regrow hair. I don’t put too much hope in these types of product claims, but I’ve come across a few that do make the hair look and feel healthier. This is one of those products. For those not in the know, batana oil is made from the fruit of the American Palm tree. It’s not the tree we generally get palm oil from (that being the African Palm tree), but they are the same species. When opening the package, I was greeted with a delightful toasty grain smell. The product is thick, and a little goes a long way. It was very easy to melt in my hands, and apply to my hair before my shower. The instructions say to use it for 20-60 minutes before washing it out. I used too much my first time, and needed to wash my hair a couple times to make it feel less sticky-oily. Once I dried my hair, any lingering turbid feeling on my head was gone, and I was left with a beautiful, shiny healthy looking hair and scalp. This isn’t something you are going to need to use every day. I’d suggest twice a week, or in colder and drier weather, three times. So far I’m a fan for producing a nice healthy looking head of hair–it would be nice if their claims of hair growth were true too.
