Title: A good computer
Review: the only thing that stopped me giving this a 5 star review is the keys. These are the same colouring as the rest of the computer. Sometimes this can lead to you not being able to see the keys properly.

Title: Avoid Microdream products!
Review: The laptop was advertised as ‘looks and works like new’. After transferring a modest amount of data onto the laptop the level of performance plummeted to an unacceptable level, rendering basic tasks such as scrolling a simple word document an arduous and frustrating experience.I assumed there was something wrong with my laptop but, after further tests, Microdream assured me that the laptop I received actually performed ‘better than average’ in the tests.This confirmed in my mind that, either, the tests they are performing are not stringent enough, or the company is acting in a more sinister way, knowingly mis-selling products. Either option seems unappealing.Upon returning the laptop Microdream then stole £19.90 from me. Amazon reimbursed me directly, immediately, however I cannot warn strongly enough against this disreputable company who are mis-selling sub-standard products.If you want a product that arrives on time and looks nice, then go ahead. However, if you want a product that actually works, go elsewhere.

Title: Held together by faith
Review: Mine came with just a 3 month warrantyAfter 2 months paint coming off… (why use spaypaint Mr Microdreams?)After 4 months battery hasd to be replaced – kept charge for just 30 minutesAfter 7 months half of the key board is unresponsive, now I have to carry a wifi keyboad in order to use it. Keys had come from an assortment of keyboards, repainted and re-stencilled and then popped back onto the studs…why would they do that when a replacement keyboard would cost less than £10 wholesale?I also bought a docking station (again refurb) from Microdreams – it didn’t work and I got some of my money back but they wouldn’t refund the return postage as they said it had been fully tested before despatch.To be fair the screen and on/off button are still working after 13 months, but looking at other reviews I wonder why this company is still on the market place. Avoid this reassembled pile of…parts from Microdreams

Title: Excellent Customer Service
Review: As a few others have mentioned in reviews, had an issue with the SSD on this refurbed machine. Laptop kept cutting out when in use. Contacted company as directed on warranty. They replied the same day, arranged for a courier to collect the machine from my address the next day, part replaced and on its way back to me the day after that. Absolutely excellent customer service which took the stress out of the situation for this technophobe
