Title: Very good combo!
Review: I recently built a new top spec pc, and one thing was missing to match it… A worthy Keyboard and Mouse. Finding a decent combo was not an easy task and surpisingly enough that are not many to choose from. Being a satisfied microsoft user all these years I decided to give logitech a try. Out of all their combos (of which one is obscenely overpriced!), This was the combo which combined an excellent mouse ( I think it is the M705 or Marathon mouse) with a very good keyboard. I am writing a review this long because I have searched high a low for a decent combo (the best part of 2 days), reading reviews, watching videos, reading more reviews etc.. I finally said enough and ordered The Logitech Wireless Desktop MK710.Lets start with ths good bits:It has a tiny unifying reciever that you can plug it and leave it and I believe you can connect up to 6 logitech devices to it.It feels very repsonsive with no lag at all and the mouse works at a good distance away too and above all it’s laser not optical.I am a gamer and my wife is an everyday user (facebook, email, msn etc etc the list goes on). Although the mouse is slighlty smaller than what I’m used to it is very responive (don’t worry if you are a gamer and looking for a high dpi mouse it makes very little difference, this mouse has more than enough). It has a button next to the scroll wheel that when clicked can switch the scroll wheel from hyper scrolling (fantastic for browsing and long documents) to the classic cliccy scrolling (essential for gaming especially fps). Comes also with software to customise your buttons. It looks awesome and it feels great (Software also allows mouse to recognise when you are gaming and switched to a more responive mode). The keyboard is also very good with the in-curve keys being a nice touch. I have seen people complain that it might be too shiny and might leave finger marks but it really isn’t a problem. Very reponsive, very smart and looks really good.Aparently Logitech say that the battery life and keyboard will last 3 years. This may be helped by the fact they both have an on/off switch to conserve battery. It does not have a mouse charger which often adds to clutter on a desk and needs a wire to the pc (so one less wire to get in the way yay!)Now the bad bits:I really can’t fault anything apart from the lcd screen on the keyboard which needs to be more visible as you have got to stare at it to check you have the caps lock key on or off.Overall 9.5/10.

Title: Fantastic Combo
Review: I bought this Logitech Wireless Desktop MK710 an old keyboard I was using started to playup when the space key refused to move forwards. I admit to being a fan of Logitech as I believe they manufacture good reliable keyboards and mice at reasonable prices. The keyboard and mouse arrived in the time stated and was very well packaged. The large installation set-up sheet is well laid out and easy to understand so in under five minutes I had the keyboard and mouse up and running. I had previously used a Logitech wireless mouse so once I had inserted the supplied wireless USB dongle the keyboard and mouse were both recognized. The Keyboard has a great layout with plenty of useful function keys clearly well marked. There is an on/off power switch easily accessible on each of the mouse and keyboard to preserve battery life. The blurb promises 3 year life so I will just have to wait and see but it’s nice to have anyway. The keyboard has two pairs of legs at the rear so you can use it flat, or raised up. I much prefer the raised position as it makes using the wrist rest much more comfortable. I do a lot of typing during the day and this is very important to me. It does not slide about when in use and grips the surface of my desk very well. The keys themselves are very positive and react to what I’d call a normal touch. The space bar is of a good size as is the enter key. I like the controls for the sound as they are on their own adjacent to the battery power indicator. The mouse is comfortable to use and the ergonomics for holding in the hand are perfect. The action of the cursor is very positive and the scroll-wheel works perfectly. All in all an excellent piece of kit that I enjoying using almost every day.

Title: A good replacement for my old Logitech wireless Keyboard & Mouse
Review: After around 6+ years of reasonable use my previous Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse finally decided to start misbehaving. This prompted me to start looking for a replacement without spending too much money. after reading quite a few reviews I settled on this model. One concern was that I am running Windows 7 x64. However, after reading some reviews this appeared not to be an issue. Correct! it is not an issue it works first time with no fuss. The keyboard and mouse are both of good build quality. There are a couple of bits on each which feel like they could have been better built but overall the build seems good if not great, like most things today. I suspect this to be a very minor issue though and they should both withstand the normal day to day use. The keyboard is light in weight. The keys are set out differently to my previous keyboard so has taken a short time to get used to but I’m getting there. the keys work well without being over clicky. The additional media keys and functions keys is useful and most can be reprogrammed. One of the reasons for going with this model was the presence of a numlock/capslock indicator which seems to be missing on a few wirelsss models. As my pc sits quite a bit away from my monitor, keyboard etc I am quite happy with the tiny usb wireless adaptor. It is about 1/6 the size of my previous adaptor so can be discreetly placed most places.Using this means that I have had 0 (zero) character drops or mouse issues. The mouse is very comfortable, for me. there are two main buttons, as you would expect, but there are also two more on the left side of the mouse easily accessed by your left thumb. A wheel helps for scrolling etc and also works as a button.I have only used this set for about a week but so far I am happy with my choice. I would be happy to recommend these devices.

Review: I bought this along with an all in one computer for my pastor at church. He love it and says it works great. The mouse is reported to be very accurate and concise and the keyboard buttons work well too.

Review: Hi everyone it seems there was a problematic production batch. My signal lags so much you cant work without irritation and no need to mention gaming, no way. I cant even find the product listed under logitech with my serial number. They seem to be aware this is a problematic production batch and don’t want to help. It looks good and feels good, if only it would work seamlessly. This is very irritating and an expensive waste of money.
