Title: Excellent for blemishes
Review: I like this concealer for spots and blemishes and have gone back to it many times, after being disappointed with so many other low-mid range concealers on the market.It has a thicker texture that covers blemishes well and blends well with foundstion. Not sure about the claims that it can actually improve spots due to containing salicylic acid, but it certainly has not made my spots worse. I should note that I have mild hormonal acne.I do not recommend this for undereye brightening as it is thicker and tends to crease. Also the shade range is quite limited and I have found this shade (which is the lightest) is not quite light enough for brightening on my fair complexion.The low price is great and the packaging is small and neat, although it can be a bit tricky to squeeze out the last of the product.Overall a very good spot/blemish concealer.

Title: Excellent concealar
Review: I love this stuff and my local boots has stopped stocking it so I turned to trusty Amazon and found it instead. I’m worried they are now going to stop making it as they seem to have replaced it with a stick version in the same range which I have tried and its rubbish. I love this one as its a liquid, unlike many others which are lipstick style applicators which I find too dry and more unhygienic. This is a great colour for my skin in the winter and in the summer I get the darker too and mix them together depending on my tan. I don’t wear foundation at all so just use this to cover blemishes or any uneven skin tone. It isn’t drying and I wear it all day and can honestly say it is still in place when I look in the mirror in the evening. It comes off really easily with a bit of micellar water/cleanser and you don’t feel like it is caked on. It blends well too so you don’t end up with an obvious patch of concealer. I like the angled nozzle which makes it easy to squeeze out and it doesn’t get congealed around the cap either like some products. A little goes a long way so this little tube lasts me ages. I really can’t recommend it enough, please don’t stop making it maybelline!

Title: Amazing – but not for pale skin
Review: I love almost everything about this concealer. It blends well, lasts all day, and the tube lasts forever! Its not paste like, but isn’t too thin – I have found that it will cover pretty much anything! You only need a tiny amount. My only problem is that the ‘light’ shade is quite orangey, and would be far too dark on very pale skin. The formula is perfect – they just need more shades!

Review: But the colour is darker than my medium foundation from another brand. If you usually use medium, you may want to try the light colour, especially if you’re putting it around eyes. Other than the colour problem, it’s really good.

Title: Really good coverage… Have used it for years!
Review: Having tried many concealers, including Mac, Laura Mercier, Bobby Brown, and Chanel, this is my go to concealer. I use Fair which is the lightest shade.. I usually dab a slightly paler concealer underneath my eyes before applying this as it’s not quite light enough. I use it across my face to cover blemishes and it goes on perfectly and lasts all day. You can also build it up to get even better coverage. It has a really creamy texture, and you can even dab if on over your make-up once it’s been set and it doesn’t curdle… I use it every day, and a tube lasts me about 10 months.. TIP: If you cut the tube in half once it gets empty, there is tons of product remaining and it will last a few more weeks.. Use the part you have snipped off as a lid!

Title: Possibly the best concealer ever..?
Review: I love, love, love this product! I’ve used many concealers over the years (including some high-profile, costly brands!) and nothing comes close to this one! The light colour is a perfect match for my skin tone, it gives great coverage, it’s long-lasting AND inexpensive! I was gutted when I couldn’t find it in any of the high street stores, so thank goodness for amazon – please don’t discontinue it!

Review: I watched a makeup tutorial on YouTube by Samantha Schuerman and she said that her Aunt’s friend is Miss England’s makeup artist. She was talking specifically about the products she used (in the tutorial) demonstrating a trick she learned from her Aunt for a “flawless” foundation look that makes her Aunt’s face look “amazing for her age” at almost 50 years old because “the products don’t settle or get stuck in fine lines and wrinkles”, (as long as you follow the step-by-step routine, of course!). This concealer is one of the products Sam raved about, calling it “lovely” and saying that she’s obsessed with it because it does not break apart or look cruddy or make your pores look big or get greasy, etc, and that she likes it better than NARS, which she is otherwise “obsessed” with. Specifically, she said that she uses the U.K. version even though it is available in the U.S. but the U.S. version comes in a “wand applicator”. I don’t know if it’s still available, I have not used the U.S. version. However, after seeing the results in Samantha Schuerman’s tutorial, I had to get everything she used and try the trick for myself! I was unable to find this specific tube here in the U.S., so I looked online and found it here on Amazon. It took a little while to arrive, presumably because it came from England, but I have to say, Samantha is absolutely correct! I never use concealer because it always makes me look older and accentuates every little fine line and wrinkle on my face figuring I’d rather have a few freckles and look more natural than older and WORSE! But, this stuff IS amazing and lovely!! Now I’M obsessed!! 😀 It is very smooth and lightweight, but still it covers really well with just a little bit! I’m on my second tube now and this is the first concealer I’ve ever used that I find myself wishing it was not a concealer, or that Maybelline would make this exact formula, without changing ANYTHING, in a larger bottle and sell it as a full-coverage foundation. This concealer is really good stuff, and I hope Maybelline U.K. never stops making it!
