Title: EDITED REVIEW – Great mouse, great customer service
Review: After I wrote the below review, i contacted the manufacturer as there are so many good reviews i wondered if i had a dodgy item rather than it being a poor product. They offered me a no-quibble replacement mouse which arrived about 2 days later, and it works perfectly. Feels great in the hand, clicks satisfyingly, doesn’t cut-out and battery seems to last for ages. Thank you Satechi.—This is a sturdy mouse, feels good quality in the hand and clicks in a nice satisfying way. It connected easily to my macbook air M1 although the computer doesn’t recognise it as a bluetooth mouse (just a device) so you can’t see what the battery level is (you can adjust other settings like speed though). (note – the new mouse shows battery level too!)The only real annoyance is it cuts out all the time. Initially it was once a day, and now it’s several times an hour. I turn if off and on again and it reconnects instantly, but it is incredibly disruptive when you are in the middle of something. I’m not gaming – it’s just an office mouse and it’s so annoying I’m going to buy something else.

Title: Appears to be well made, basic but good.
Review: After having to send a very expensive, feature laden, Logitech mouse back after the scroll wheel failed and two attempts to find a replacement Logitech mouse and having to send them back, I decided to try this more basic one after watching YouTube videos, first impressions are that it is well made, it feels solid and good in the hand, although it is a slim profile it does feel comfortable in my largish hands, the knurled scroll wheel is very positive as are the buttons, it seems to track very smoothly and precisely, overall I think this was a good buy, only time will tell how it lasts.

Review: This mouse is better than expected with a comfortable resting grip for most tasks. Very modern and solidly built but by far its been 5 days of working and Im still waiting to charge it up.Mine has developed a bit of a squeak but I enjoy the irony of it!

Review: The main body of the mouse is a great shape, weight and material, fits well in hand. Bluetooth setup was not a problem, though the connectivity button on the base is very small. Only quibble is with the scrolling wheel. Having previously used Appleâ€™s Magic Mouse, the scrolling wheel on this model feels a little slow, but not cripplingly slow. Overall, happy with the product, which matches perfectly with the Satechi Slim X1 Keyboard
