Review: It’s a very good product apart from the plastic faucet which screws into tap comes apart due to cheap and cross threads and falls into sink. Which I found annoying. So I bought a new metal faucet adapter and replaced it and now it works amazing. Need to supply metal faucet instead of cheap plastic

Title: really bad instruction
Review: I cut my finger trying to unscrew the filter holder as the water wasn’t coming through – only to realise the filter inside is still sealed so water wasn’t going through it… nowhere in the guide it says the filter is still sealed so make sure to unscrew the metal cover and unpack the filter… seems to be working fine but knocking 2 stars for an awful instruction…

Title: Not efficient
Review: I bought this hoping to replace my Zero water filter but unfortunately not the case.Yes the design asthecic is pleasing and once attached (which does take some time) is easy to use and appears to be of sound quality with instructions provided in I used my TDS test the quality of the water used this attachment and check the TDS levels and I was shocked! But not pleasantly. Of course the reading from my Zero filter jug was 0.00 but the reading from the carbon filter from this came out as 271!!! I’m horrified. For context I’ve attached photos and the last photo shows tds chart: Between 50-150 Excellent for drinking150-250 Good250-300 Fair300-500 Poor, not good for drinkingThis does not do what it says it does!It also leaks so does not fit well.

Title: Only slight filtering
Review: The filter has a seal round the lower end that is supposed to seal on the lower part when you screw them together. Only problem is the seal barely reaches the metal so the seal is not fully waterproof so you get part filterd and part unfiltered water coming through.

Review: Product had clearly been returned at some point. It was covered in finger prints. The packet of seals was also opened.Could not be bothered to return as the filters were still sealed.Water does taste better.But I do add Celtic salt after filtration.

Review: So far, we love this faucet water filter that replaced our old Waterpik, which was banged up and I think they are about to stop making replacement filters for them soon. This stainless steel and chrome unit filters faster than the Waterpik or the Pur, Brita and Culligan we had before. Those were rated for 200 gal. or 3 months.. The Vortopt is rated for 500 gal. or 5 to 6 months. The replacement filters are cheaper too. Installation was quick and easy and the speed of the water coming out of the filter was almost as fast as regular water flow. Water tastes great. Good buy in any case.

Review: Due sole cose da tenere presente:all’interno si trova un filtro avvolto nella plastica. Occorre aprirlo e togliere la plastica, altrimenti non esce l’acqua.Sarebbe meglio che non ci fosse la doccetta per l’acqua potabile, ma le dimensioni sono le stesse del rubinetto e, forse, serve per filtrare meglio l’acqua.Comunque funziona molto bene ed è facile da installare.Consigliato.
