Title: Great value
Review: This couldn’t have been easier to set up and my music sounds great. I can go far away from it despite thick walls. My one minor complaint is that I wish it would be on continuous standby or switch on with my amp because I have a remote for the amp but still have to go up to it to turn it on.

Review: This pretty much does the job I bought it for but beware – The volume control does not amplify the signal – it just reduces it – so you can’t necessarily match the volumes of different inputs to your amp creating those mad moments when you switch input devices and the volume almost blows your speakers because you forget to turn the volume down on your amp… and one other things to be aware of – it has no battery… so needs to be plugged in all the time… not a problem for me but maybe for some. Also it does not come with a phono to phono cable – just a 3.5mm jack to phono so if you were planning to go from the phono connectors on the BT receiver to the phono sockets on your amp you would need another/different cable. (I was looking to keep the 3.5mm jack free for less permanent devices I may wish to output to.

Title: Easily connect phone to hifi
Review: Graphic Audio playback on the phone is ok, via Bluetooth earbuds is better. Connecting to an amp and decent speakers makes it so much better. Sound balance and surround sound effects are easier to adjust and bass/treble can be adjusted to suit.

Title: Works but sound not that great
Review: This was very easy to set up and I have had no problems with connecting to my amp and using it and it stays connected to my phone. I bought this because I have an Amazon Echo but that constantly cuts out despite a good WiFi signal. However I would say the sound quality is not great, certainly not as good as the CD player I have connected to my amp.

Review: low price and it works easily enough. build quality it cheap understandably. amplification essential (won’t drive speakers directly at a practical volume). worked well receiving sounds from my phone to an old 1960’s B&O set up. Cool to use those old speakers for streaming tunes. if amp required (ie to drive independent speakers) then look for small bluetooth amp – they are also available and v cheap.

Review: -Edito tras dos años de su utilización en coche casi a diario:No me ha dado ningún problema. Sigue funcionando con calidad más que aceptable. El volumen del sonido no es todo lo alto que podría ser, pero nunca lo llevo al máximo por seguridad al conducir y la calidad es buena. Salvo el problema del zumbido al principio que se solucionó comprando un filtro, lo recomiendo.-Edito tras unas semanas de utilizarlo:El filtro que dice que lleva debe de ser una castaña. Pregunté si era normal escuchar un zumbido cuando se aceleraba y el vendedor me contestó (se puede ver en las preguntas si se busca coche) que era por la inestabilidad de la instalación de sonido de mi coche. Lo que es mentira, porque lleva de Peugeot un upgrade JBL en la instalación de serie que era opcional en el modelo, salió así del concesionario y siempre ha sonado de lujo. Se ha solucionado comprando por aquí en Amazon un aparatito super simple que es un filtro con una entrada y una salida de jack. Se instala súper fácil y ha solucionado el problema. Le quitaría una estrella por el pelotas fuera que se ha marcado el vendedor, pero el aparato no merece 3 estrellas, así que lo sigo dejando en 4.- Lo cogí para mi coche, un Peugeot 207 GT 2006 con multimedia RT3. Este coche lleva una pantalla a color integrada de serie bastante chula con sensor de aparcamiento de serie también que no quería inutilizar cambiando la radio o poniendo una pantalla china de respuesta más lenta a todo. A parte más caro que un apaño casero como este.Le estaba conectando por cable un iPad que llevo en un soporte para el Waze y el Spotify. Pero me parecía una cutrada tener todos los cables por ahí colgando de la guantera y echaba de menos en mi viejo coche, que tenía una radio moderna instalada, el arrancar y que se abrieran y conectasen todas las apps automáticamente al conectarse al bluetooth.ME GUSTA:- Lo grande de este aparato es que no lleve batería. De esta manera, cuando se apaga el coche, se apaga la música y cuando se entra se enciende el dispositivo y hace que se conecte todo en el iPad (necesitas app que automatice el proceso, para android uso bluetooth autoplay y para iPad voy a probar con shortcut/atajos). Para el apaño que lo voy a utilizar yo, es ideal.- Su versatilidad de conexión de carga.Al principio me dio un susto, porque lo conecté por USB, lo emparejé y se apagaba al poco tiempo. Lo solucioné dejándolo un minuto o menos enchufado a un enchufe de pared con el enchufe que trae en la caja, (lo había estado enchufando a una batería portátil y al mechero del coche). Después ha funcionado correctamente.NO ME GUSTA (tanto):- Así como pega, pensaba que hacía de amplificador y aumentaba el volumen. Lo que hace cuando giras la rueda del volumen es subir el del dispositivo de entrada de sonido (el móvil), no lo aumenta más. Osea, hace como de mando a distancia.- Otra cosa que mejoraría es que llevase unas almohadillas adhesivas. Lo veo útil por si lo quieres pegar a una minicadena/altavoz. En mi caso, porque quiero fijarlo a la guantera 😂, pero nada que cinta de doble cara no solucione. Sólo que sería un detalle majo que ya lo llevase porque, al pesar tan poco, se mueve con nada.CONCLUSIÓNPondré fotos de la instalación terminada y, si hay alguna pega, cambiaré la valoración. Pero en principio todo bien 👍🏻 El sonido, por lo que lo he probado, correcto. Haré una prueba con vídeo de diferencia entre conexión directa del aparato y conexión por bluetooth, pero en principio todo bien lo poco que lo he probado para asegurarme de que funcionaba la instalación.(Todavía estoy intentando pasar cables por dentro de la moldura de la consola central. Comparado con mi Almera, que era una chimenea con una barbaridad de espacio, este me está costando la vida 🥲 Se agradece por lo aislado que está del ruido del motor, pero jidir…)
