Installation Steps:
1. Measure and mark the position for the square hole plate on the cover and the body of the rubbish bin
2. Drill holes in the marked positions
3. Mount the square hole plate with screws to selected positions
4. Install the snap carabiner on the wire rope
5. Lock on the other square hole plate with the snap carabiner
